I'll be taking a break from VJ for awhile. All this stress is really getting to me and affecting my relationship with my husband. I'll just update Saylin's form for the spreadsheet when the time comes. Thanks for all your support and good wishes to everyone still in this waiting game. :luv:

I understand how stressful all this process is and how we get caught in everyone else stories. I was thinking I should also take a break and wait patiently for my turn, I can't change anything and I can't make it go faster! I find myself depressed and sometimes jealous for others having their CC and interviews ( I am happy for everyone, don't get me wrong). April 29, 2014: AOS Packet sent (electronic)

May 22, 2014: EP enrollment confirmation received

May 27, 2014: Completed DS-260 & email IV package

June 2, 2014: AOS reviewed and approved

June 19, 2014: Sent missing document (mistake made by paralegal) :ranting:

I've not taken a complete break from VJ - I read it religiously. But after a Friday night meltdown three weeks ago, I've started calling NVC once a week only (on Friday nights). I still love reading about people here, and I try to pass on any hints - but I had to come to the same conclusions - no matter how angry or upset I was at the fact that NVC made a mistake, I was still going to have to wait until May 9th mail was processed.

We will never be able to get back the 4-week delay - we can only hope it won't turn into something longer.

I think next week will be a big one for a lot of people on this list (me included!).

Is it possible for NVC only take 20-25 days to do the case reivew and get CC(no checklist)?

Going to Send the AOS/IV Packet around June 8 , and looking for the CC before July. :clock:

Hi everyone, got approved from USCIS on May 27th so I think I will be in this thread the hole month just to get a case number... :ranting: anyway good luck to u all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and I hope this stage goes by smoothly...

June 20th will be my husband and I's 17th wedding anniversary. Looks like I will be celebrating with the kids while he is on his own in US

Yes, I hope we get invoiced this week! And I feel pretty cool, getting a message from a famous person! I sent the link to the ny times article to so many people while we were waiting at uscis.
