Talk to NVC and it was a false checklist, Jim (nice guy) told me they have reviewed the DS-260 and he gave me the "30 business days" story!

exactly. That's why ive been calling since last couple of days. I've seen AOS approvals in 3 weeks. Guess I'll just have to wait out the "30 days"

VJ friends, after some time googling who is running the show, I came to the conclusion that the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Bureau of Consular Affairs, is the person that's basically running the show. We can voice our frustrations and suggestions to her. It may not make a difference for us, but it might help those that are in the process after us.

Can anyone suggest how to contact her? Please see the lnk below:

Yay just got the invoice right now to pay the IV fee. It will be paid Saturday as I get paid on Friday yes, I am so happy. My IV packet is ready just needs to be sent!!!!!

OK, folks. It's early morning June 5th here in Australia. Just for everybody's entertainment, my AOS fees changed to "N/A" last night (Australia time). So...after I eat breakfast (gotta have some energy to hold on for an hour), I am calling.

I am a May 9th checklist response submission - and I'm hoping like H@!! to have "Case Complete".

yeah just got the IV fee bill and submitted payment. For some reason the website won't give me access to the DS-260 yet. do I have to wait until the fees show paid before I can access it? I'm mailing the IV packet in the morning. At least some forward motion is happening!

Got my 2nd i-797 in the mail today. It said that the petition was shipped to the NVC, so I am pretty sure that anyone who got approved before 30 May was also shipped out (makes sense to do them all at the end of the month).

MY CASE WAS APPR0VED MAY 31 BY EMAIL.... I'VE YET T0 RECEVIED MY N0A2 MAIL. SEEING THAT 0UR DATES ARE CL0SE I'LL BE F0LL0WING UR PR0GESS.

OOOH! I'll have to check that out! Maybe I can fix the date on mine too! I asked them to do that last week and they said they couldn't. Maybe they are admitting it's a problem now and will make the correction! Sweet!

All the best and hope you get a CC today. BTW - can you please tell us if the N/A appears in the column where it says 'Paid' or in the next column. We see N/A in the last 3rd Column but the middle column still shows 'paid'. We sent checklist reply on April 30th. This morning when we called, our bad luck we got Arthur and he told that our files are under review and our email of April 30 the was uploaded on May 31st.

The "N/A" shows up under the "Affidavit of Support Fee" column. It is also "greyed out" instead of having a hot-link (in blue).

I've been on hold for 30 minutes at this point. Still hanging in there to find something out!

Those that got IV fee, how long have you been waiting?

I still dont see mine thought, my AOS only got paid last thursday. So i dont expect it just yet.
