You've got to be kidding me!!!! :protest::wow:

What do they mean 'first round'? She gave you conflicting information, as "first" would imply there will be a "second", so maybe you'll get the second round of July interviews? Oye vey.

This just hit me as soon as I pressed enter; I wonder if the agent you talked to this morning tripped up something in the system when she took out that mysterious package that was mentioned on your file?

How are they already finished with July interviews! Geez... :/

Exactly, and the agent told Tico they 'finished the first round' of interviews and then said she might not get one. Those are two contradictory statements in my book!

I'm hesitant to believe they're done with July already. Nuh uh. No way.

5/21/2016: Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

5/23/2016: NOA1

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!

she said they are finished with the first round of interview scheduling as of June 2nd and they conflicting information is in my file..... of course they wouldn't say what it is.. but she said it "should be" complete and will call me back this afternoon... HOLY MOLEY a call back.... lordy .. She said its better if she calls me back because I would have to wait too long on the line to call her back... OMG somebody with a brain !! right???

and of course I have a webex from 2-3pm today. This is more important... I'll jsut have to mute them haha

ok... how's this for a huge BUMMER..

I was told Case complete on June 2nd. I called yesterday and was told the same thing. I even called early this morning and it was complete. I called just now and I was told my case is NOT complete and he didn't now why I was told that.. I ask to speak to a supervisor. She looks at my case and told me there is conflicting information. ( needless to say I am freaking out) she said she will correct this and call me back this afternoon. Her goal is to fix this by today. She told me they are finished the first round of July interviews as of June 2nd so I might not make a JULY interview... #######??? so as of right now I am not inline for an interview. I swear... this is the most EFFF'd up process....

This better be an oversight that they can fix immediately!!!!!

You've got to be kidding me!!!!!!!!!! What else can they do to screw up with your life!!!!! Bunch of incompetent idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11/17/2016: Got engaged

Weird. Oh Saylin, Goddess of the NVC thread, is this actually normal for the next month's scheduling to be wrapped up this early?

I guess I could really answer my own question, if they're really backlogged then perhaps there were that many CCs that loaded up the interview capactiy. Glad I already threw July out the window.

I highly doubt it. I've not seen like any interviews scheduled recently, so not sure what that operator was talking about...

I think they started scheduling a full week ago, so I'm not 100% surprised they're saying first round is done. Remember though that it's embassy-specific; different places fill at different rates. Dwheels' spreadsheet is a great resource for getting a sense of when scheduling has historically started and stopped. The "first round finished" line is what I got back in April, too, and a second round followed within two weeks. I hope that'll be the case here.

*looks at interview spreadsheet* Oh yeah, look at that, there's been quite a few July interviews scheduled. Clearly I need to stop multi-tasking
