NVC Filers - June 2014

Expect around 3 weeks for them to review each package from the date NVC scanned it in (not the day your delivery was confirmed by FedEx/UPS/whomever). I'd probably call once or twice a week for the first two weeks, then more frequently as the third week starts.

Thanks BOS_LHR, I see more and more CC's and hope mine comes through soon too! The only thing I'm concerned of in any way is them accepting my wife's (sponsor) evidence to re-establish USA as her domicile as she lives here in Canada right now. I sent in a bank statement with our intended US address, notarized letter from her parents we'll be living there, and a car insurance quote using the US address. We are also waiting on getting a job offer letter to take to my interview if needed.

Urghhh nvc get ur website fixed ASAP!!! I m sure it will be running at full pace In July. They torture ppl uptill June lol!!

I cannot imagine what would happen if they allowed people to pay fees and send pakages, 30 business days wouldn't be enough.

Now the problem is they are actually making themselves look good but creating a huge backlog but it is nowhere to be seen in the system.

So much for an agency funded by fees that customers pay!

Lol and we have already started to miss u how long does it take for the waiver? It must be so frustrating to be again stuck for another process after going thru 2 hell holes already!

I-601 waivers go to the NSC. ( you can look at the current processing times on the website) There is a negetive Nancy on the waiver thread who always answers 6-8 months for processing HOWEVER I have seen 2 or 3 lately that have been approved in 4 months. I am holding on to that and just hoping ours won't take 8 months. We plan on filing an expedite but you know how that goes.... (((BIG SIGH)))

I just can not believe of the fact that they are letting everyone pay AOS fee but not the IV fee. How does that make sense? There is something real fishy going on there which they are not telling us.

The AOS fee is invoiced automatically when a case number is assigned. The IV fee is manual as it's dependent on the DS-261 being reviewed and accepted.

I only can imagine that they will allow people to pay IV fees little by little. I don't thing they will invoice everybody at once, they will get swamped in a hurry!!!!!!

So they put themselves in a big hole that it will be hard to gid themselves out easily!!!!!!!!!

Everybody says that there is a problem with their website because of which IV invoice isn't being issued. Right now I m waiting for ds261 and AOS invoice. Hopefully IV problem gets fixed soon!

I'm still not able to pay the IV waiting sine may 12th

I am also in the same boat for my another case .I think lot of people waiting it .Now I think they are going bit slow for the process and USCIS is fast.
