Ugh, how much f-ing longer. NVC received two pieces of mail. No idea what the second piece since we only sent one package. When will we get a case complete. F-ING NVC and their damn 30 days. We have been in this stupid process for 14 months! I need suggestions please. Mailed scanned/received May 12 this is the passport police clearance. Second mysterious mail received May 16.. When is this case complete going to happen?

Please don't complain about waiting at the TSC . I can't take it ! I applied April 2013, ,transferred to TSC November 27, 2013 and not approved until March 18, 2014... It is difficult to read complaints like this. so please.......

I agree with LoveMyTico, complainers should stop. Compared to my case and LoveMyTico as well as several others, y'all's cases are moving fast. So instead of complaining be grateful.

Okay so we have our *second* case complete for my husbanda yesterday after an NVC mistake and then just got a checklist that says this:

______1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________

The NVC has received the information you submitted and placed it in your case file. You will be

contacted when your petition is sent to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate for further processing.

I'm trying to simplify my AOS package (to make it less confusing) because I'm including lots of documents to demonstrate the US domicile (we live in Canada). :wacko:

NVC only requires your tax transcript of the most recent tax year (2013) so I'm thinking about just including the 2013 tax transcript (not including the 2012 and 2011 tax transcripts). :idea:

It's not going to be a problem, is it? Just double checking. :help:

We only included 2013 tax transcript...so I think you will be Ok.

Doesn't look like a checklist to me. It seems more like a case complete. Am not an expert here, please correct me if am wrong.

There's no need to simplify anything. I'd send in the three years just to be certain. Make a cover letter listing everything in order. Then put things in that order. I also put those small post it notes at the bottom (not the sides, other wise it makes it harder to file) labeling everything.

I'll probably call tomorrow night since the agent said "it hasnt been reviewed yet". No point in calling back today IMO. This will give me time to see more May 8th approval and feel a little more confident about calling. Don't want to waste an hour on hold :)

I completely understand that :-) I tried to call back last night but I couldn't get through. I called first thing this morning and got my good news!
