Haha. I'll be landing (as long as there's no delays) in MSP at 8:25am on the 14th ;) I'll keep an eye out for you :P

Yeah, Fargo isn't that big. Just a few terminals. Still larger than the tiny airport in the town I moved from in South Dakota. Only had ONE gate/terminal. Yes, just one. Same thing in Aberdeen, SD. Just one gate/terminal. I had never seen such a small airport before. If you even would call it an airport

And I'll keep that in mind if I get to go on tour in the White House ;)

I honestly thought Sioux Falls was the only airport in South Dakota HAHAHA! That's good to know, my husband and I are thinking of hiking the Badlands next year!

Sioux Falls is probably the largest. Although compared to MSP, it's tiny. But no, there's an airport in Watertown (my old town) and Aberdeen. Although, because they're smaller airports, you're gonna pay more. Plus, the bigger airlines don't fly into them. I'm assuming there's also one in Pierre (the capital) as well as Rapid City all the way on the west side. Ha, there's actually quite a few airports in SD according to Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_airports_in_South_Dakota

And ohh, the Badlands! I went to Mount Rushmore and the surrounding areas for the first time last summer! It's sooo beautiful there (compared to the boring east side where it's all flat and fields everywhere).

Sure pales in comparison to Beijing Capital T3. I haven't seen anything bigger (and that includes O'Hare and Heathrow).

Wow, must be huge! Although I haven't been to Heathrow, I've been to O'Hare and that airport is large!

I forgot about Rapid City and Pierre! I got one of those free SD destination maps & books on my coffee table. Once Mr Drew is here, we'll start mapping out our journey.

Heathrow is like its own city! British Airways naturally has its own terminal and I need a monorail thingy to get there!

Hello everyone and congtas to all who have their case completed and interview dates!

Just wanna ask something about i864. My husband will submit his AOS packet tomorrow and right now he is filling up forms. He asked me how much is my monthly income here in my job in the Philippines. I texted back the answer and then I realized how come he's asking for it. I haven't seen any question in the i864 form regarding beneficiary's income. I am worried that he is filling up a wrong form. I tried calling and texting him but maybe he is busy. I can't wait for him to reply. Is he filling up the right form or not?

Thanks everyone

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick question on the ds-260--
I am filling it out for my husband, and we are not sure how to respond to the copious amount of information they want on his past jobs. He says he has had from 5 - 10 jobs in the last ten years. They are mostly represented in his CV, and therefore we have a record of his position, the name of the company and roughly the dates he worked... however, he says it's difficult to remember the names of supervisors and the phone numbers and addresses of the companies. I think we look to some degree online for the contact information, but have the sense that such information is less available in Vzla then in the US... at the same time, others must be having similar situations... How have others dealt with this issue?

Thanks in advance!

My 2013 tax transcript FINALLY became available today. It will arrive in my mailbox in probably 3 weeks.

I was going to send out AOS paperwork tomorrow just using hte 2013 return, with a note that I hoped to have the transcript in time for interview.

Do you think I should *wait* for the transcript to come in? I file self-employed and wonder if it's better to wait for the transcript now.

Thank you for opinions :)

I was check-listed for not including the 2013 tax transcripts, but then again, who knows how they work right? :(

I hope this is the last Sunday before my CC

It has been exactly 2 weeks now since I got my case number and I still can't pay the AoS fee nor can I fill out DS-261. I know I need to be patient but is it taking this long for anyone else lately?

BTW, I called NVC last Friday and talked to Joy....... when I gave her my case number, she asked for my email address but I already gave them my email address when I called to get my case number. Do you think they didn't enter it into the system and it resulted in a delay for my AoS fee and DS-261 or do you think she simply asked to confirm?

Mmm.. Yes, you might want to talk to him. He could be filling out the correct form I-864 but he might be confusing whose income he needs to declare (his as the sponsor, not yours) or, he might be trying to include your current foreign income as part of his total household income. For the latter, he can only use your current foreign income if it will continue from the same source after you immigrate (proof needed).

Good Luck!

Like you said, try to get as much info as possible by either calling or searching online for contact info of the companies he worked for. There is a "I don't Know" check box if your husband cannot remember name of a supervisor.

Best of lucks!

Oh my you spoke to Joyless, I think when you call they do a pretty good job at entering your e-mail etc so I wouldn't worry about it. The fees are taking 30 business days or more I'm at the 30 day mark and nothing yet so you just have to wait. :( I know is sucks but there is nothing  we can do about it unfortunately.
