I just received a false checklist to send the corrected AOS which I already did and was scanned in their system on the 28th..I hope this is good news

It seems like Pakistan embassy is getting quicker.. but this would be a wild guess from the data i see in the interview spreadsheet! so you are looking at anywhere from 35-51 days.

Maybe those of us caught in the slowdown at NVC will get lucky at the embassy because they have less to deal with

I'm bummed that the ds261 fiasco killed our chances of an August interview - we're going to be in eastern Canada then anyway, and it would have saved us probably $1200+ in airfare and hotels... but there's nothing we can do about that now, so we'll just have to work on making some friends in Montreal we can stay with when we come back in a couple months(!)

Just recieved another false checklist for the second iv packet i sent in with my wifes pcc. From may 22 or may 23 im not sure because everytime i called i would ge 2 diffrent dates

I suggest call back and verify. I sent my IV package on May 28 and they can see my email in the system, they haven't review it yet. As usual the 30 business days to get an answer from the time they get the email in the system. Maybe I understood wrong, someone else can give any input? For people doing EP is a total different time frame.

Okay, I think I might know what happened. It was sent with a different email address than the personal one they have for me. So it wouldn't register that they received an email from me if they go by the address and not by the subject of the email which is the case number. So until they open it, it won't be registered under my account or shown as an email under my account because it's not mine or the petitioners email address.

OK Now I don't know whether to angry, sad, or excited...

Just called again because my something inside me told me too...

This time I spoke with Rick, very nice guy, said a supervisor reviewed my checklist response and that I will be getting another checklist in my email for leaving the same Part 3 Number 9 bank...Which I know for a fact I did not. My checklist response I put "N/A" in every single blank spot.

I was allowed to speak with a supervisor who was a total jerk and did not give his name. I was told that I need to put my same address there NOT just "N/A". He also told me that it would be another 6 weeks after they scanned the response. He also said that they would not complete the case and allow me to return the corrected document upon the interview.

This makes a grown man want to cry! So looks like I'm calling my senator once again!!! Good luck everyone, they started working on May 28th scans today.
