Hey, I looked in the NVC Wiki and did not see a link to print out the old DS-230 to practice for the DS-260. Do you have a link for that? :)

Hmm, thought I had the link in there, but guess not! It's in my NVC EP wiki though :lol: I'll update the wiki to include the link. Thanks for noticing that :)

Quick question

I am overseas and don't have access to printer. I got a checklist for the aos on form i864. Because I can't print can I just fix the mix online and that way keep my original signature and date (5/20) or am I suppose to update my signature?

You would have submitted proof of relationship to the USCIS though? If they needed more, they would have sent an RFE. We had to do that. You should be able to print off the cover page and send in your supporting documents now. Then the DS-260 will be available as soon as the fee show's paid.

There's quite a few sections. I prepared by completing the DS-230 and printing it off, I had this sitting next to me while I completed the DS-260 but there's more detail required in the DS-260, so it took me about 90 mins to complete.

I sent our marriage and birth certificates to USCIS and they never asked me for anything else.

OK I have the DS-230 in paper and it was only 4 pages long and asked a whole bunch of question about school/occupation/most recent place of residence/ police record questions etc.

I will practice with it tonight. Tomorrow, I am sending out my IV package then.

I am in bit of confusion can somebody please help me with it...I send my ds-261 on 10th june and aos package send on 15th june,my iv fee is not invoiced yet...

Can somebody please tell me how long would it take to get the iv fee invoiced and how long will it take for case complete after sending the iv package..

Thank you! This journey has been long and very tiring. How are you doing? almost CC?

Our supporting packages were delivered to NVC on May 29th. I didn't bother to call but I assume they scanned them around June 2nd. I guess we might hear something -- checklist or case complete -- in a week or two.

It's been 3 months since our NOA2. All we've managed to accomplish in that time is pay some fees and fill a form online and send supporting evidence that they haven't looked at yet. This process is ridiculous and exhausting.

I'm the USC petitioner. My wife is British (now a USC!!!), generally awesome, and amazingly patient.

Start by asking your lawyer for a tracking number. I have read they sometimes take upto a week to scan things into their system.

30 business days to pay the IV fees

30 business days or more from the date of your last scanned doc, assuming there are no checklists to respond to. Good luck to us all. Update your timeline/signature so it's easier to track progress
