A few weeks ago, someone mentioned that NVC changed procedure regarding EP to do away with requirement to enroll. It seems emailing IV docs is taken as an automatic enrollment request now. I would verify if I were you, though.

Yeah exactly, but I will wait the 30 days like it takes everyone else to receive an enrollment confirmation. Maybe at that same time they will auto-enroll like you said, and at that point the documents will be seen as received by them. Because those who's documents sent through e-mail appear as received, may not have waited 30 days, but to receive an EP confirmation it did indeed take 30 days. So mine might be the same case and it is just the initial e-mail sent to them that takes this long and doesn't appear until its opened.

my AOS fee just changed to an unclickable N/A... is this what you guys saw for a CC?

I'm glad you mentioned the unclickable word. My case is exempt from AOS so it always says N/A (clickable link). So I guess I should be looking for it to go unclickable when the time comes.

I'm sitting at the edge of my seat waiting for the outcome of your call! I had my docs scanned in on June 6 as well! It would be a downright miracle if they've gotten that far, but hey I believe in miracles!!!

i don't think a supervisor ever took a look at it. when i talked to the operator, she said that they didn't want to hold up the case any longer

I wish they would give this option from the get-go for checklisted cases. Tell us what's missing, NVC, and let us bring it to the interview. That should resolve your backlog in to time, if you're bothered at all.

Anyway, congrats buddy and hope you get a most convenient interview date soon.

I just paid the IV fee today. I am ready to send my IV package tomorrow ASAP. Do I need to wait for the DS-260 to become visible or can I just send it in paper form? If yes, is this the right document to send? http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/81807.pdf
