So I think it is safe to say that when AOS changes from PAID to N/A that your case is complete because I just spoke to Ivette and she was like "We have reviewed your documents ma'am and everything is fine. Your case is COMPLETE!!!!!!!!"

And then I yelled, "FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!" ::insert dancing emojis with sunglasses which I have been saving for Case Complete and now can't use them because I am on a mobile device::

2013: July 20: I-130 sent (Chicago lockbox)

July 24: I-130 NOA1

July 24: I-129F sent (Dallas Lockbox)

Aug 2: I-129F NOA1

Aug 12: Alien Registration Number was changed, I-129F.

2014: Jan 28/29/30: - 3 transfer notices for I-130 and I-129F.

Feb 3 - Hard copy arrived -Notice of transfer to Texas stating Jan 29th.

Feb 10 - NOA2

Feb 27 - email stating I-130 being sent to NVC from TSC.

March 6 -NVC received our case.

April 7 - CASE NUMBER yay! IIN and BIN obtained and email given.

April 9 - DS261 available and filled in online.

April 9 - AOS not yet payable but visible.

April 10 - email regarding NVC case number and access to DS261 received/ email regarding AOS received and paid.

April 11 - AOS sent by snail mail.

April 14 - AOS arrived per mail tracking.

April 15 - IV bill received via email, IV bill paid/ in process, IV package sent.

Say WHAT? :huh::huh::huh: I...'...m.....confused! I'm reeling with questions on how they manage that... injected preservatives?

Same here in CR, eggs not refrigerated. I was weirded out at first, but look it up! No reason to keep eggs in fridge! (We buy eggs at farmers market and then do put them in fridge, because of my gringa habits!!)

I have no words. They're messing with people's lives! I hope it was an error on NVC's end and you DO have a case complete!!!

I called NVC and lady on the phone said I should put joint sponsors individual income ONLY, not the total income.(she filed taxes w/ husband)..(which is actually the wages etc from tax return transcript) I also attached w2 of her. She files jointly with husband, same business. husband do not get payroll but she does. didnt mention husband at all in 864.

she said the lines for total income is where you put 3 most recent year total income at part 6 13abc.. am i lucky? :)

No matter if the filing status is single or married, you put the total income (or adjusted gross income, depending on what tax form was filed), whether it's a combined income or not. If a sponsor filed jointly and are providing tax transcripts, then they also have to include W2s to show their own individual income.

My mother-in-law has chickens. We eat them the day they are laid !! and boy do they look and taste different than store bought in the US...

I was skeeved out by unrefrigerated eggs too, There are expiration dates on the egg cartons in the US . Maybe you don't have to refrigerate them but I don't think I would eat them otherwise. Gringa habits die hard :rofl::rofl:

Well I am on hold- couldnt resist a call--- I know my checklisted documents were scanned on May 22nd so just dreaming that all is done...

The only reason I am posting is because today is my 53rd day @NVC-- not helping to bring down the average NVC process

As on hold just day dreaming about this process being done- and making travel arrangements.. so close yet so far.

To Austin who asked about income- my income was negative. Put that negative number and EXPLAIN IN COVERSHEET. I got check listed for income even though the number was RIGHT. I sent in THE EXACT same info with a letter explaining why it was negative and it got approved.
