Fffs it feels like the rest of my life. 30 business days.. They couldn't even give us an answer on when the checklist (which was in their error) would be removed.. The agent, nor the supervisor.. WTH!

I paid my AOS and filled out the DS-261 June 2nd, still can't pay the IV fee... is this normal for everyone else without a lawyer?

My DS-261 (the second one) was filed on May 21 and I'm still waiting for my IV invoice. So yes this is normal.

Just got a flashback from The Money Pit. Every time Tom Hanks asks when his house renovation will complete, the contractors would say "In two weeks!" and then turn away and roar in laughter.

He did get a case (or is it house) complete eventually.

Thanks! I know, it's frustrating for everyone, just on the last straw. (Knowing our case is pretty much complete, seeing August interviews being assigned, and being still stuck because someone can't press a button.. or two.. or move their hand?)

What if you try calling again and speaking to a different supervisor? I've heard of some supervisor reviews that last only 2 days! This is not fair :(

Sent application to Lewisville, TX on 07/03/2017. Case received and check cashed on 07/11/2017. Biometrics: 08/03/2017. In Line for Interview: 09/05/2017. Interview scheduled: 09/18/17 (notice received 09/21/17). Interview date: 10/23/2017. Oath date: 11/02/2017. Passport received: 11/20/2017.

 

REMOVING OF CONDITIONS (I-751):

Vermont Service Center received package on Aug 18th 2016.

NOA 1 date: Aug 19th 2016 (received letter on Aug 24)

Biometrics date: Sept 23rd 2016
