NVC are doing May 22! I got case complete tonight! Before I call I go check the website AOS fee became magic "N/A"!! So it really work! you can check the AOS fee status to find out CC or not! :dancing:

Nope. My husband called nvc a while ago and they just confirmed that they received it. Finally! it was really a relief? you should make a phone call to nvc right now to hear the good news? goodluck!

Has anyone who had packages delivered to NVC last week (especially 16th June) called to see if they have been scanned? Can't be bothered calling to find out because I will be too annoyed if they say they haven't scanned it yet.

Hello. I have an AOS question which I already posted and someone who processed K3 has answered already. But I need to ask if anyone who has I130 has the same situation as ours.

We are currently waiting for NVC to receive our papers and while waiting I'm bothered because my husband did not file his income tax at all since the last 3 years. Do you guys know what we need to do for affidavit of support and tax information? Please give us an idea. thanks!

It's been two weeks since I completed my DS-261 online form and paid my AOS fee, yet still no IV fee has been invoiced. How long is it supposed to take? Did I miss something?

I want to send both packages AOS and IV together at the same time. Any advice or guidance?

Getting the IV invoice is a bit slow at the moment. I waited exactly 30 days from completing DS-261 until we could pay the invoice. Hang in there.

We sent the AOS package though so at least we could get that in the system.

They scan it (or more precisely, scan the cover page and match the package to your case) fairly quickly, in 2-4 business days. Mine was received on June 10th and got scanned on the 13th.

HA! I am the least patient person ever! Hubby picks on me about it all the time! Trouble is, there's nothing I can do but what I'm doing. If I called everyday, I'd go completely nuts! So I wait. And wait.

I hope they unlock the IV fee tomorrow, because they didn't get around to it today. Jerks.

It seems that the NVC is having a slow processing rate.

All the USCIS cases that were pushed fast through extra working hands and service centers to bring the average USCIS finish time from 11 months back to 5 months have been gushing into the NVC lately, getting scanned and then waiting in the line (Which is getting longer by time).

I hope they can manage this rough load and be capable of processing cases fast.

The current working rate is 1.14 day(s) of scanned cases (non weekend days) in 1 working day (non weekend day)

last week's rate was 1.5 day(s) of scanned cases (non weekend days) in 1 working day (non weekend day)

I know it is early in the week to judge their performance. Usually they start slow and end the week fast.

Anyway, I hope we see more cc (case complete) this week to make their rate better than the slow 1.14 figure.
