Anyone have any RECENT experience as an MTL beneficiary in EP?

We submitted our IV / AoS PDF's on June 6 and have not even gotten a response that they are received yet, let alone being reviewed.

We got a letter on 6/15 that said we are now enrolled in EP which was a response to the enroll request that I sent on 5/14.

Is the fact that I sent IV / AoS packets BEFORE I got the EP confirmation e-mail a bad thing? Will my evidence be ignored? I sure hope not.

That said, the guide says that it normally takes 3-5 days for you to get an e-mail that your evidence was received electronically. No dice so far. Afaik, calling them will yield little information on EP cases unless this has changed.

Any advice welcome.

We sent our AOS stuff on the 8th, so it's pretty close. Supervisor Ike told me on Friday that it was normal not to have received any response yet, but he said that when they get to opening our emails they will be registered in the system as "Scanned in" on the date we sent the email. (not the date they finally got around to opening them). I'm not sure how much to believe, but it sounded reasonable and I was able to relax!

Woohoo! IV fee finally unlocked! and already paid :)

Hubby will be mailing the package today yay :)

Just got off the phone with NVC. She said they haven't reviewed my package (IV docs scanned on 05-23) yet.

What time frame are they working on? Any idea people?

oops! Meant 19-22 MAY ! guess my brain is a little mush right now, but hope you understood!

I noticed your AOS checklists were scanned May 27th, that's the date they scanned my AOS, so hopefully we'll hear something in the next day or two, assuming they will move onto 23rd today then 24/25 May was the weekend and 26 May was a holiday, so 27th is the next business day. Fingers crossed!

haha, thanks! yep, totally meant May. Funny thing is, that I even re-read it to see if it was correct... in my mind "yep, it's june, so that's correct"! oh well.

yeah, I'm hoping so too, but you never know what will happen at NVC, so am also prepared for next week... plus if I'm preparing for next week and get case complete this week, it will seem that much more exciting! I'm just waiting for that first person with a scan date of the 27 May to report back on VJ that their docs were reviewed and then I'll start calling.

Not sure if I asked u this already but did you even resubmit DS261 after 05/16? May be that is why?

I originally filed an submitted it on May 16th and then I stupidly clicked on it and resubmitted it. When I called nvc they stated that the one they recieved is May 22nd.

Idk what's goin on. I know they always state 30 business days for everything but I know it's always calendar days.

Did you hear anything?

Nope absolutely nothing. Keep checking your email. They usually send out IV notifications around this time.

You should also call and speak with supervisor. Tell them you are past 30 day mark.

Yes I just spoke with them and asked for a supervisor. No one was available yet again but she said she passed my message to one of my the supervisors who will look into it. But the CS rep told me it can take upto 30 days..which makes no sense to me. It has been 30 days already..who 30 more?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you remember the time of the day you spoke with the supervisor? I can't believe she gave me "supervisor review can take up to 30 days" standard answer. So frustrating.

If you scroll back through this thread, you'll see the people who sent in their documents via electronic processing are waiting just as long (if not longer) to get their packages reviewed. Is The Netherlands eligible for EP?

How much time is it taking to review the documents now???

NOA 1

Oct 15,2013 - Applied case

Oct 16 ,2013 - Received NOA 1 number

March 7 , 2014 - Transfer To TSC

April 3, 2014 - Approved NOA 1

April 7 ,2014- Shipped to NVC :dancing:

NOA 2

April 16,2014 - NVC received the case. :dancing:

May 15,2014-NVC number and INN . :dance::dance:

May 20,2014 - In process AOS and IV fees.

May21,2014- Status paid for AOS :thumbs:

May 22,2014 - Status paid for IV :thumbs:

May 27,2014 - Completed DS260 form

May 29,2014 - AOS and IV packet sent

May 30,2014- AOS and IV packet delivered thru Fedex.

June 3,2014- Received both packages (Scanned into the system)

July 11.2014- Reviewed both packages.

July 11,2014 - IV package accepted and AOS checklist

July 11,2014 - AOS checklist received (Scanned into system)

July 18,2014-AOS 2nd checklist received (Scanned into system)

Aug 4,2014 -Case completed(By phone).. :dance: :energy:

Aug 8,2014- Got an official email for CC.

Aug 15,2014 - Interview sedule

Sep 16,2014 - Interview date. :no::rolleyes::dance::dance::energy::whistle::whistle::jest::jest::jest::jest:
