NVC Filers - June 2014

It's been two weeks since I completed my DS-261 online form and paid my AOS fee, yet still no IV fee has been invoiced. How long is it supposed to take? Did I miss something?

I want to send both packages AOS and IV together at the same time. Any advice or guidance?

It takes a lot longer than 2 weeks these days. I'm still waiting for my IV fee to be invoiced and as of today its been almost 5 weeks.

what ???? so emailing them takes longer then regular mail ??

If you scroll back through this thread, you'll see the people who sent in their documents via electronic processing are waiting just as long (if not longer) to get their packages reviewed. Is The Netherlands eligible for EP?

NVC still didn't receive our files from Texas Service Center.. it's almost one month now since it got approved

Mine was also from tsc and we got the same shipping date to nvc/dos. Let's hope and pray that our cases will reach nvc this week??

Had a little break down after I called nvc

The rep wasn't gentle at all and straight foreward with her answers

My iv is still not invoiced and told me to wait 30 BUSINESS days for it to e invoiced and asked about my aos and they still didn't review it yet and again given the 30 business days.

I am so disappointed and sad. I thought that once I am over with uscis nvc will be way errrr and faster, but nope I feel it's the same.

According to LifeOnHold or Lakehouse - one of the L-sisters - the AOS fee should change back to PAID once the package is at the Embassy.

It's irregardless in your case as the Netherlands isn't eligible for EP. You can ONLY snail mail packages.

That is quite disappointing! I am planning on calling today as well. Afraid I will get 30 business day answer as well.

Not sure if I asked u this already but did you even resubmit DS261 after 05/16? May be that is why?

Just got off the phone with NVC. She said they haven't reviewed my package (IV docs scanned on 05-23) yet.

What time frame are they working on? Any idea people?
