Maybe I'll ask the HR person. If anything, I can start out with a red wig, instead of the blue or purple, as that's more "normal". Although, looking at the Amazon picture, it's bright, Ariel the little mermaid red

I think a blue wig is perfectly "normal" for you!

Just tell the HR person that it goes well with your new blue car! How could they say "No" to that?

Hey guys quick update on the AOS fee. Today the funds were withdrawn and the status does show as paid. So conclusively it was the lawyers fault and she must have entered the the account or routing number wrong. So thank you to everyone who contributed to helping me figure this out.

Anyway, at 13 days my IV fee is not yet invoiced. Anyone know how random it is or is it consisrent? I was under the impression it takes from 10-14 days, is this correct?

I checked earlier today and my CEAC showed both fees being paid and the DS260 as completed

NOW.... the AOS fee shows N/A instead of paid.. I'm not freaking out.. Just reporting the change.. LucyBelle..... didn't this happen to you recently?

I don't see where you can see if you're CC but I'll look again

IV Fee invoice takes me 25 days so far, still NOT INVOICED

I'm almost feeling like I want to call and confirm. My esposo called and asked if the mail had been reviewed and they guy said he couldn't tell. Then the guy says "but your case is complete" My esposo says "it's complete?" he says "yes, next is the interview. They'll send you an email for when your interview is"

The guy also told my esposo that we have to bring the original marriage cert to the interview.

It's making me a little nervous because my esposo called for Spanish but said the guy was definitely NOT mother tongue Spanish. So I'm worried maybe the guy misunderstood? Miss-communicated?

I think I want to call again...

Someone wrote earlier that NVC has an unwritten rule that if a checklist remains unresolved after two months, they will let it be and pass the case and the issue to the Consulate.

Seriously, I think they should just issue the checklist, inform the applicant to bring the appropriate docs to the interview and move on, instead of holding the case hostage. It's the CO's business and not their's to adjudicate the documents anyway.

Choosing the wages and salaries line would get you a checklist (unless one is lucky and it's the same amount as the correct line).

Today my AOS fee was N/A. I wasn't good about checking, but I'm fairly certain it said "paid" when I looked a few weeks back.

No you write the total income. If he didn't work in the USA, then his income for those tax year(s) is $0. HIs current income may qualify him, but the number you should be writing the forms is his total income which is $0.

OK! I guess I'm putting "$0.00" on the I-864 form even though he is continuing with his job.

I just noticed that my partner's 2012 tax transcript shows the negative amount of "$ - #0,451.00" at "Total Income". Maybe the amount went over the maximum tax treaty amount? His 2013 and 2011 tax transcripts show "$0.00" at "Total Income". Should I put this negative amount or "$0.00" on the I-864 form for 2012?

Just logon here ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx and you will notice a different interface. I can see that the IV is complete and the AOS is still ongoing

I called NVC and lady on the phone said I should put joint sponsors individual income ONLY, not the total income.(she filed taxes w/ husband)..(which is actually the wages etc from tax return transcript) I also attached w2 of her. She files jointly with husband, same business. husband do not get payroll but she does. didnt mention husband at all in 864.

she said the lines for total income is where you put 3 most recent year total income at part 6 13abc.. am i lucky?
