Plz I need help !!! I got checklist for AOS for empty spaces, just now spoke to an agent , first time she told that she cant help i hav to fill again and send it o NVC i requested her couple of times and asked if she can do any help or she can transfer the call to the supervisor bcz its frustrating that i am getting a check list for such a thing. she put my phone on hold for some time and then after she told me that anyway i will get a check list e-mail for this but I can do one thing,I will get a case complete and i hav to submit my new i-864ez at the time of interview.

Is this possible?? what i should do if i am getting an email with checklist to resubmit the form, should i submit or should i just wait for them to review my IV docs and then to expect a case complete?? plz guys help

Your AOS checklist is getting removed right? In that case, you are going by May 20th scan date. Singer was told earlier that they are working on 20th today!!!! FINGERS CROSSED FOR YOU! Keep refreshing CEAC for N/A if you can't get to a phone right now smiley-computer003.gif

i'm 20th too.

was told this morning to call again around July 2nd, 3rd :wow: i know that they are working on 20th now, 2 people got their cases complete.

That's the first time I've heard that! BTW your IV packets should be reviewed in a day or two. might as well wait and see what they do for you.

Well, we hired a lawyer two weeks ago and we are still waiting for the IV invoice. So there's that! Ugh...

Blueberry, did you hire a lawyer for the IV fee? smiley-gen053.gif

Time is money so I can see some people hiring a lawyer just to pay the IV fee a month earlier. smiley-char039.gif

that means you have another week to go before hearing about IV. It would suck if they ask you to submit i864ez after that because you will lose one week already and they are taking 30 days to review checklists. :(

Ha! No we didn't hire a lawyer just for the IV fee :D We will just need a bit of help with something.. but since it takes so long now for the IV fee to become available, we thought she would be able to help with that. No luck though! banging-head-on-the-wall-smiley-emoticon

Spoke with Terra {don't know if I spelt it right} she said AOS got scanned June 13th and gave the usual 30days bla bla bla. Only God knows when they will finish the review & approve it. Maybe middle of July or even July ending {that's if we are lucky not to get a checklist}.

Your AOS package arrived at NVC on June 11 and it got scanned on June 13!? That's fast! :wow:

My AOS package arrived at NVC on June 10 and got scanned on June 16. smiley-sad058.gif
