in the immigrant address they have a dropbox for state. but my state isnt mentioned there they are just giving america's states so i m cobfused. husband is arguing that my mailing address should be america's one not pakistan. which one should it be?

and do we put N/A in all question leaving blank? like family member 1 2 3?? we dont have to fill that part out again if i m the only immigrant right?

Hi called last night the representative that i talked to told me that our papers are not yet reviewed at that moment but will be in a couple of days, they scanned our aos may 13th then today my husband got an email from NVC and he said he doesnt know what that email means so im guessing its a false checklist heres the screenshot pls let me know if its really a false or real checklist

in part 5 sponsor's household size: it should be '1' for qs 1, 1 for yourself and "0" for if u r married?

i m stuck on part one question one :/ we write the name of the petetioner in the first blank right? and we check block 1A (the petitioner) and if we have a joint sponsor then we will tick 1D in the second form correct? petitioner is not the first joint sponsor right? and in part 2 beneficiaries mailing address will go correct?

that is exactly correct. My corrected submission on my AOS is like this

1a. being the petitioner & filing the i 864 with 0 income

1d. my dad's 864 with him being the only joint sponsor

I did confirm this with NVC today and I am about to mail them the checklist back tomorrow.

Hi all,

I just got off the phone with NVC, talked to a very nice woman (Didn't catch her name). My AOS packet that was scanned in on May 20th was reviewed and accepted. Just wanted to let all know with that same date that they seem to be working on cases around then. Now I'm just hoping IV packet gets accepted, no check lists and we can have a CC in about a month!!! I'm wishing everyone the best of luck with this process, I hope we all get to be with our loved ones soon.

and we just leave A number box blank right? we wouldnt get a cgecklist for leaving that part blank i hope :/

always put n/a on the form where you don't have anything to write. They don't "assume" things, but you need to tell them whether something exist there or not. Thats what a representative told me today.

I don't want to offend anyone because there are a few people who answer questions that have been asked before with kindness and compassion and your one of them. I just wanted to acknowledge that and thank you for being such a kind person.

I am always concerned and wonder about those that only answer some people when congratulated etc, seems very clickish, makes me feel I'm back in elementary school.

That's what I am saying...there is obviously no option in the drop down box to choose a state in Mexico so I am wondering what to do.

If it's information for you I think it's number 2 or 3 on section 1 it's on the right hand side that is for you the Beneficiary if not mistaken and yes it has one for state but you can type in city and province also postal code. I had to add a letter for my husbands address because it didn't fit. Please specify by number and section and Form I know yours is AOS then question then you'll get a good answer.
