Question to anyone that got this message when trying to log in. I got the case number and Invoice# last Thursday June 12th.

How long does it take in order to pay the IV fees? or at least to be able to log in and see the names.

6/21/2013 -Married in Stockholm, Sweden 4/16/2014- Case received at NVC

9/6/2013 -Priority Date 5/13 /2014- Case number and IIN assigned

2/25/2014 -Transferred to NSC 5/20/2014- DS-261 completed

3/31/2014 -Approved 5/21/2014- AOS fee invoiced and paid

5/22/2014- AOS package overnighted to NVC

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

IV package overnighted to NVC

6/30/2014- IV scanned in. DS260 completed.

7/1/2014- AOS accepted

7/2/2014- False checklist (AOS reviewed)

8/1/2014 False checklist (attorney's G28 reviewed)

8/2/2014 False checklist (NVC not sure why it was generated)

I am the beneficiary. 8/12/2014 CASE COMPLETE!

8/26/2014 Medical

9/2/2014 Interview... APPROVED!!!

9/5/2014 Visa in hand

Removal Of Conditions:

10/29- Package sent to VSC

11/1 - NOA1

11/17- Received biometrics appointment letter

11/30- Biometrics appointment

Dang thats super strange your suppose to get an answer from them last week they're working on 16-19 now so i dont have any idea why they skipped you or maybe there are others aswell thats in the same boat as you are, dont lose hope youll get there pretty soon.

Thanks for the info i sent my email last thursday june 12th.thats good news then hopefully ill hear something back from them this week-you should hear back from them today too. I recieved mines early this morning around 8:30am

I just recived the same email as you did yesterday. Can you Let me know how long yours takes. Ill do the same.

I *think* that means that they are doing something with your case.. try back later today or tomorrow.

did you pay the AOS fees yet? You'll get to pay those first and IV fees are now taking about a month to show up after AOS fees.

07-09-13 - Application received at Chicago Lockbox NOA1

01-03-14 - Transfer notice to Nebraska

01-06-14 - Application received at Nebraska

03-13-14 - NOA2 notification

03-25-14 - NVC received case

04-24-14 - Case number and IIN received over the phone

05-02-14 - Paid AOS Fees

05-06-14 - Sent AOS package

05-07-14 - AOS Fees showed up as paid

05-08-14 - AOS package received at NVC (Scanned on may 8th)

05-08-14 - IV Bill showed up and paid

05-12-14 - Sent IV package overnight

05-13-14 - IV package received at NVC (Scanned on may 15th)

06-05-14 - AOS Checklist for not having N/A written for "Place of Residence" (checklist info received over the phone).

06-09-14 - AOS Checklist - I864EZ delivered today.

06-11-14 - I864EZ got scanned today.

06-13-14 - Sent original marriage and birth certificate out to NVC. (Received at NVC 06-16-14)

06-16-14 - received fake checklist asking for 864ez and marriage certificate

06-20-14 - Marriage and Birth certificate scanned

07-23-14 - Case complete (Talked to Don at NVC on 7/24) -- Received CC email 7/30

08-01-14 - Interview date assigned (Sept 9th)

08-05-14 - Received Interview Letter via email

09-10-14 - Visa Approved

09-11-14 - Paid the extortion fees

If you have a lawyer then it sounds like the AOS and IV will be invoiced very soon. Keep trying to log in.

If you don't have a lawyer then your DS-261 and AOS invoice should be available soon. The IV will be invoiced about 4 weeks after you submit the DS-261 (based on current timelines)

Ok so NVC just told me, no more checklist for AOS, but they generated a checklist for DS260 which I have not received yet... But I already did DS 260 online.. so this could be a false checklist?!?! or have they actually found something wrong on there ? :reading:

I do have a lawyer.

This is my stepson case and I still can't log in to see his name.

My wife case is ok and I already paid for AOS and IV fees.

I'm waiting for my stepson case to show up. Also, I'm ready to send stepson AOS and IV package as well as my wife IV package.

Hopefully can do this week.

I have NEVER seen a real checklist for the DS-260 in the 4ish years it's been around.

It would be easier to filter Saylin's spreadsheet. For the "do not have case completes yet" list, filter out blanks under AOS, IV and DS-260 and voila! There's everyone waiting for CC with everything submitted :)

Thanks for this info Saylin.. Its possibly a false checklist. IV docs were scanned in on May 27.. So I'll b waiting for them to review those docs...
