I have yet to see any IV FEE. I was emailed like two weeks ago saying that the next step is to pay IV FEE but nothing is showing up ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. No updates in the damn website, I am about to go crazy!


STILL NO IV FEE!!!!!! I received an email two weeks ago saying this is my next step, I check the site almost daily and no updates. I am gonna go crazy soon enough.

Does the NVC send a copy of your taxes to the embassy? Like if I amended the taxes to show correct marital status, and the consular never asks, is it worth making a point out if showing them that I had something changed?

Called and got our case number today! I tried to fill out the DS-261 but it says that further processing on our case is not available at this time. I read in the wiki that it can take up to a week until you can do DS-261. How long has it been taking for people lately?

Congrats on your case number! We received the case number on June 4, and the DS-261 and AOS fee invoice was available on June 13.

01-03-14 - Transfer notice to Nebraska

01-06-14 - Application received at Nebraska

03-13-14 - NOA2 notification

03-25-14 - NVC received case

04-24-14 - Case number and IIN received over the phone

05-02-14 - Paid AOS Fees

05-06-14 - Sent AOS package

05-07-14 - AOS Fees showed up as paid

05-08-14 - AOS package received at NVC (Scanned on may 8th)

05-08-14 - IV Bill showed up and paid

05-12-14 - Sent IV package overnight

05-13-14 - IV package received at NVC (Scanned on may 15th)

06-05-14 - AOS Checklist for not having N/A written for "Place of Residence" (checklist info received over the phone).

06-09-14 - AOS Checklist - I864EZ delivered today.

I see they are processing cases around 16 May. Given my timeline, should I be calling them yet to see if my AOS and IV is approved? or will they approve it when are processing 29th may?

Obviously I would like to know if my AOS and IV is approved or if any checklist has been created sooner than later.
