So... my wife (Shanelly) (her nickname), called back for the supervisor she spoke to yesterday, explained to her the statement is there about the UK doesn't provide W-2's, only P60's, saw both were there and removed the checklist.. :dancing::dancing: .

Now we can relax and have a good weekend. Will probably call back on Monday morning just to make sure it was removed though. (Can't trust them all at once can we?! :D.

Oh, believe me, I have... no one was willing to put me through to a supervisor. Liz did say she was sending it up the line to a supervisor, but there seemed to be no sign of that when I called back this week. I've decided to just wait - it's not worth waiting on hold for ages just to have them say "we have no record of that... wait 30 business days". I'm totally ready to send my IV package the instant I pay the bill (whenever that may be) so I'll just be satisfied with that for now.

Sorry to hear that. This whole process was extremely frustrating in the beginning and now it is not only frustrating but it is also depressing. I thought, looking at trends in march, once we pass uscis we will cruise through NVC in 2 months. Just super frustrating.

Does it mean your case is complete? Did you get CC when you talked to the supervisor? :wacko:

If you get CC by the 15th, it might be possible to get a July interview? :blink:

We have the IV package that still needs to be reviewed. It was scanned on the 20th. :). I'm sure I would have missed the deadline, but I'm sure we'll e-mail the embassy to see if we could schedule an earlier one once they received our case.. (Whenever it gets CC!)

hi guys im looking at the AOS i send out.....i realized that i put adjusted gross income for all three year which in my case is the same as the total income since my total income is equal to my salary

My only concern is on the transcript for 2013 (1040A) it only shows adjusted gross income and does not have total income....do you guys think i will get a checklist to provide a transcript that shows total income as well???

i had the IRS mail me the transcripts

If on your tax return, you included other income such as rental, self-employment and such, then you can't file I864EZ according to the instruction.

I-864EZ is only used if you receive W-2s or pension income from your former employer, it's salary only.

Wow! That means I am just waiting for the checklist! I guess I should send them I864 ASAP. Do you think they will process the new one when they get to process my file? Since they scanned it 29th May, I would there is a bit of window to send the correct ones.

Also I am going to visit wife but I am waiting for case complete, I really don't want to get checklist. This system really sucks, there are just doing 'gotcha' when the proof is already there in documents. Thank you so much!

Guys I know it might sound the silliest qs ever but what exactly is the difference between total and adjusted gross income? Are the taxes deducted in adjusted gross one? I m sure hubby would know but I didn't want him to think I m dumb so wouldn't ask him :D

Just called NVC and after 45 mins on hold Ariel told me that my AOS package from May 16th hasn't been reviewed yet..

Oh well... I guess I'll call on Tuesday, since my IV was scanned on the 19th :clock:
