I called tha AOS was riviewed and I was told we are going to received a checklist because there is something wrongln it. She didn't want to tell was wrong, I am so sad :( :( this is going to delay more the process.

The IV packet hasn't reviewed yet!

Yeah seems it was just down for a couple of minutes. Thought they might have brought the whole site to a stand still so they could load my DS-260, but apparently not :cry:

unfortunately yes, you can add about 25 days from the day that they scan the response in- IF you respond the same day it takes them 4 or 5 days to scan in so you just added at least a month-- I speak from experience-- I have the same situation-

sorry to tell you- best thing you can do is reply the same day you find out what was wrong-- and overnite your response- either way you will need to fill out and attach another I864 so maybe you can start working on that in the meantime.

I-751 August 2016 filer. 10-year Green card received on Aug 2017.

N-400 (Naturalization) July 2017 filer. Oath Ceremony: November 2nd 2017.

Sent application to Lewisville, TX on 07/03/2017. Case received and check cashed on 07/11/2017. Biometrics: 08/03/2017. In Line for Interview: 09/05/2017. Interview scheduled: 09/18/17 (notice received 09/21/17). Interview date: 10/23/2017. Oath date: 11/02/2017. Passport received: 11/20/2017.

 

REMOVING OF CONDITIONS (I-751):

Vermont Service Center received package on Aug 18th 2016.

NOA 1 date: Aug 19th 2016 (received letter on Aug 24)

Biometrics date: Sept 23rd 2016

Approval Notice: Jul 24th 2017

My parents interview was scheduled today for July 9 ! I just got an email. :)

I sent My AOS checklist on May 13. I got cc on friday (June 6th) .

Siblings case are still pending . I know these case take a lot of time to complete . :thumbs:

wow that's awesome. i asked a supervisor to do the same for me (close my case, let me bring checklist response to interview) but no dice... interested to see what they do for you

Can I ask more detail about your IV bill? Basically a comparison against mine? I've been checking every 5 mins and my DS-260 isn't available yet.

IV invoiced - June 10 @ 5.20pm EST

IV paid - June 10 @ 5.55pm EST

IV cleared account - June 12 @ 4.30am EST

When we paid the AOS, it cleared our account and showed as paid on CEAC within 12 hours.

Please help me with his one . There is a question about the occupation . When we applied first I was working but quit my job cuz I couldn't comity to one year contract thinking I would be granted the visa sooner than it actually did so anyway on previous forms I did mention my employment but now I'm not so I don't know what should I write unemployed ? I know it's a stupid question but these forms make me nervous

I think this is definitive proof that the packages are separated and are in different departments with different officers.

This should answer everyone's question about whether or not to send in the IV package before you receive the cover sheet!

It makes zero sense why that department would be backed up, though....

It has slowed down-- My docs scanned on 5/22nd.. any idea what day they are on?? I was hoping they were already PAST the 15th but obviously not.. Maybe today for you??
