An immigrant visa interview is scheduled for .........and any eligible derivative applicants

(see applicants eligible to attend the interview below) at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in NAIROBI, KENYA

on July 10, 2014 at 07:30 am. It is a four page PDF.I need to see what feedback we have on the country portal.

So there you have it my people. I was planning to call tomorrow first thing in the morning. I called on Tuesday and was told we are still waiting for the embassy.

Now me hahahaaa sending new AOS I now I have to send the whole form but do I have to also add again the tax letters , Social Security forms etc? Please say no

Part 5 asks for sponsors my mother is filling out the I-864a and my father like me am filing out the I-864 but there is no way to add my father but check two for Part 5 family members etc filing I-864 will that be ok?

Update on check-list.. Got to talk to a supervisor. I'm not going to try to spell her name, don't want to butcher it! Any ways, she said she's going to request the file and see if she can get it where we can take the statement to the interview with us.. Will have to call back tomorrow.. Hope she's able to and we can get case complete and it's removed! *Fingers crossed*.

I don't know what it's going to lead to, but I'm hoping it will be good. Won't know until tomorrow night. She offered to review it and see if she can get us just to bring the statement saying we can't provide a w-2 because there's no such thing in the UK, as they already have our P60 which is equivalent to the W-2.

You can send the form next week so it'll give you the weekend to double check the form.

I keep reading postings that some people just panic and send an AOS or IV package in a hurry and end up getting a checklist.

Please take your time. Please do not send anything in a hurry. Waiting for 1-3 days won't make much difference.

The voice of reason and I can't deny that and yes I was going to run to the post office because I don't know what else could be wrong. I caught two more mistakes . God why is this so confusing to me.

The question states to add up lines 1-6. The principal immigrant (your spouse) is included in line 1. Other immigrants are in lines 2-6.

Include ALL pages. Use the AOS bar-coded sheet and include a cover letter as to what you're sending in.

I have put the question to the thread and other friends but they can't figure this out or have and I'm to blind to see it.

You told me that my father and I had to file the I-864 which we have and my mother the I-864a my problem is on part 5 Household size there isn't a place for a second sponsor. On my fathers form do I add myself to the I-864a #7 or do I add myself with #5 Other Dependant?

On my form do I add my father to #7 which is co-sponsor I-864a with my mother? Or am I totally wrong?
