that's gonna be more than 30 business days for!!!

my deadline is July 2nd.

I seriously don't take anything these Agents say too seriously. I bet it was in their staff meeting this morning or whatever to tell everyone it's taking 6 weeks, even though we all know that to be a bit of a stretch. I have noticed the Agents are becoming much more uniform in what they're telling us. While it's not the information we want to hear (in fact, they're now giving us much much less information), at least they seem to be getting on the same page. Looking at this from an objective angle, is much better than Awesome Agent telling some of us all the info and A-Hole Agent giving some of us nothing. I'm sure many will disagree with me on that point, but I find a bit of comfort in knowing everyone else is getting the same information - if they're all lying, then we're all being fed the same lie, not 30 lies lol

Besides, we know what's really going on when one of us reports back on case progress! Everyone! Please continue to call and report back any progress!!! It helps us all!

Just had lunch with my husband and now he is headed to the airport. This is the first time I didn't cry. We joked around a lot and then I had to point out that he was about to go to the wrong airport. :P We have agreed that no matter what happens, I can guarantee to see him in 90 days or less. (He should have fed me the 30 days line...ha ha).

We're going to send it tomorrow and pay over $90 just for this STUPID statement. Wife seems very angry as she already made another cover letter, plus another statement and attached the P60 form again with a sticky note repeating the UK does NOT PROVIDE W-2 forms in the UK. Hopefully they'll get their arses in gear and speed things up and it won't take 30 business days to review this, and hopefully we make it for an August interview. *Sigh*

You mean it costs $90 to send a package from the UK!? :wow: Sorry for the checklist. It really sucks. <_<

My guess is we're getting a CC on Monday. Then we have to wait until the end of the month for an interview that's going to fall right around the time my husband and I will be in Prague. Maybe we should just live in Pragueand not come back lol

You mean it'll be too late to get a July interview if you get a CC on the 16th? What day is the cut-off day? 15th? :unsure:

That, my friend, is the million dollar question! We threw July out the window a couple weeks ago. I will faint and pee my pants if we get a July interview at this point.

Is there a deadline for the NVC stage (like within 6-12 months) or you meant your personal deadline since you'll need to travel somewhere? :unsure:

it's gonna be 30 business days. my last package has been scanned on may 20th.
