One of our September sisters called last night and her package from the 15th hadn't been reviewed yet. But since we've all learned they're certainly working on a range, I'm trying anyway!

Yupppp. I actually thought it had been reviewed and just wanted to hear the words. I was a little surprised that she said it hadn't been reviewed yet. This was probably the same sleepy sounding female agent Cupcake kept getting.

I actually got back on the line with only 2 re-dials!!!

Yay! Hopefully you don't have to be on hold for more than 20 minutes. I waited 45 minutes last night. Got my fingers crossed for you!! :)

We received a checklist today. For something so incredibly STUPID. I'm going to emphasise the word STUPID here. The wife worked in the UK last year, she sent all the paper work in she sent to her CPA with her 2013 taxes and the P60 form. We got a checklist for the W-2 forms, which we even made a statement stating they do not PROVIDE w-2 forms in the UK. Everything else was accepted. :ranting::ranting:

Supervisor review, or just send in the statement? Or do both?!

hahaha! I know your real name but I stick to screennames on here. :P You'd prob be a better agent than all of the ones I've dealt with. Only had one that stuck out that was really helpful and sweet - Sandy, I believe. Good luck to you too whenever you call!

Did your wife get the name of the Agent she spoke with last night? He told her to disregard the e-mail she was going to receive, right? How awful!

((((((HUGS))))))

I think you should try for a supervisor review. Especially since you attached a statement indicating what they want does not exist.

They said 30 business days for the supervisor review, and 30 business days for the checklist. Don't know which one is worth doing! Don't want them to checklist it again if they lost the damn piece of paper that even had the statement on it. This is so frustrating. She even asked if she could just take it to interview since it was so silly.. and of course they said no.

I just had my first interaction with Joy. She didn't yell at me. Maybe she read my open letter?

Anyway, not under review yet. She told me to expect a case complete the first week of July. I nearly told her to take a long walk off a short pier. I asked her if it was possible for her to let her supervisor or someone know that their own web site is inaccurate as it states 2-4 weeks and it would probably lower call volume if their site was giving accurate information. She said they have an unsual amount of mail and while it "was" taking 2-4 weeks, that is not the case right now. She would not tell me what date range they're on, even after I said people around my date are getting answers (she sighed at me, I don't think she likes informed customers lol).

UGH. So disappointed in NVC. Not surprised really, but sad that they can't cease to bungle things up. I'm very sorry :( Most supervisor reviews I've seen reported on here take well under 30 days. If a document isn't available all it takes is them changing the single letter code in their system!!

She never does like informed callers.

I remember I had a long conversation with her about my I-129F and I think i really got in her nerves she started yelling and said " now you think you know it all, right", I started laughing at her and told her that I was only telling her facts from the NVC website and all.

She gets defensive quickly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're going to send it tomorrow and pay over $90 just for this STUPID statement. Wife seems very angry as she already made another cover letter, plus another statement and attached the P60 form again with a sticky note repeating the UK does NOT PROVIDE W-2 forms in the UK. Hopefully they'll get their arses in gear and speed things up and it won't take 30 business days to review this, and hopefully we make it for an August interview. *Sigh*
