Hoping for a smooth nvc journey this month without checklists :D

Case filed- 3rd June 2013

NOA1- 6-6-2013

Case transferred to NBC- 12-18-2013

NOA2 finally- 4-23-2014

NVC received- 5-7-2014

Case number- 5-31-2014

DS-261- June 10th!

AOS sent- 3rd july

AOS scanned- 11th July

IV paid- 14th July

DS260 submitted- 17th July

IV sent: 19th July

IV scanned: 24th July

Checklist for AOS: Email received 3rd sept :cry:

Response sent: 7th sept

Checklist scanned: 11th sept

IV approved: 17 sept :dancing:

04/22/2014 received IV bill invoice thru e-mail but not ready to pay yet

04/24/2014 sent AOS package

05/29/2014 received checklist AGAiN for financial evidence which I already sent. Called NVC and asked, they said they havn't received any mail yet.

05/29/2014 IV docs approved no checklist (thank you)

06/02/14 NVC NVC scanned checklist for AOS

07/07/14 CASE COMPLETE!!!! Wooohoooo!!! :)

07/10/14 received interview e-mail letter

08/07/14 INTERVIEW DATE (to be rescheduled after two months for sputum culture)

07/14/14 medical at st. Lukes but need to do sputum test on July 30,31, & Aug 1.

07/30/14 1st day sputum test

07/31/14 2nd day sputum

08/01/14 3rd day sputum

10/01/14 called St. lukes Hosp. For sputum results.... ? praise GOD NEGATIVE

10/01/14 called US Embassy manila to schedule an interview (10/21/14 interview date)

10/21/14 INTERVIEW DATE..... APPROVED!!!

11/09/14 ARRIVAL in the USA!!!! Yoohooo!!!???

5/21/2016: Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

5/23/2016: NOA1

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!

Call call call and don't stop calling until NVC gives you your Case # and IIN

My Husband is so pissed . why the NVC its so hard to contact ????

we keep calling and calling but is always busy . what is the best hour or how. its been 3 weeks now? or wait till 30 days ?

Still here. Got my DS-261 and AOS invoice yesterday :)

Good to see you again...I hope things will move quick from here onwards..I'm still waiting for IV invoice :(

Still here as well. Kissed my May case complete hopes goodbye since our original join sponsor had a freak out, now waiting for the new joint sponsor to get their stuff together. Should take some time, since they live in the middle of nowhere with no internet access from their home... Now hoping July case complete.

IR1 took 520 days....

Calling NVC is like calling a live radio station LOL...every time in call, regardless of morning, afternoon or night, I don't get connected until 15-20 dials...plus the wait time after you get connected is about at least 30-40 mins then you get to talk & the reps answer sumps up with "it will take about 30 days" no matter what you ask them..(my experience)

Ok.. so here is something that has me stumbed!! :blink:

I have case complete as of May 22nd and interview was assigned yesterday.

So i log on to ceac to print out the receipts for the IV and AOS payments to start assembling my docs that I will be taking at the interview and all of sudden on the summary page it shows N/A under AOS payment. So I click on it and it shows that AOS payments is rejected!!

AOS was paid on Apr 7th, was showing 'In Process' for 5 days and then changed to paid. And stayed at paid the entire time.

Now all of a sudden payment is rejected?!

What the HELL!???

My husband called 7pm to get our case number. He had to keep redialing till he got thru. You should use your USCIS receipt number to check your case status on uscis.gov to know the date your case was shipped to NVC. Then you should allow atleast 10days or 2weeks for NVC to receive your case file. I checked my status on uscis website with my receipt number to know when my case was shipped to NVC. My case file was shipped April 18th and NVC received it April 30th, my case nummber was assigned May 23rd. Check uscis website to know when your case was shipped, then start calling NVC.

I'm not sure when we'll receive our case complete email. We received our P4 interview letter just after midnight CST this morning, 2 days after case complete. Wishing everybody a speedy exit from the June thread. Especially those who have been waiting so long from the other monthly threads.
