NVC Filers - June 2014

I think NVC is doing to us (waiting for a CC) what they did to everyone waiting for their IV. Making us wait 30 days.

I can't call anymore. I'm tempted to shoot for the interview expedite, but I feel silly doing so. I am so done with this. I really regret applying for my husband to come here, I should have just sold my house and taken the financial hit. I'd have been in England a long time ago enjoying my life with my husband.

Today is not a good day.

I'm so sorry, I know how you feel but your so close, you just can't see the forest from the trees. 30 days is a lot less then 6 to 8 months so cheer up all will be great you will get CC and your husbands interview will give him the Visa in hand. I'm not diminishing how you feel by any means. Just trying to show you the trees.

Congrats! i have to call to nvc.. i receive checklist for all IV docs.. hope it was a false checklist.. just receive it almost 2hrs ago..

Did your aos fee changed from paid to n/a?

Hello just received a checklist and want to see if it's valid. Total of 3 pages the first advising "we have reviewed the documents you submitted in support of an application for an immigrant visa. Please review the information listed under each applicant's name and provide any documents which are indicated as missing or need additional information. You must submit the required information. Failure to provide the requested information will delay your immigrant visa interview......

The second page has a cover sheet and third page advises: "The National Visa Center received your DS-260 form. We are waiting for the traveling applicants supporting civil documents to be submitted to the NVC. Your online Immigrant Visa Application will be reviewed upon receipt of your supporting documentation.

To view which documents the applicant must submit to the NVC, please go to our website immigrantvisas.state.gov.

I have submitted iv packet with civil documents and NVC said it was received may 30th should I be submitting sonethibg

An immigrant visa interview is scheduled for [my husband] and any eligible derivative applicants

(see applicants eligible to attend the interview below) at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in LONDON, GREAT

BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND on July 25, 2014 at 08:30 am.

We just got CC yesterday too. I thought we would be too late for a July interview..

Just got off phone. My AOS delivered on June 2nd hasnt been touched... ds261 shows received May 30th, untouched as well.

Spoke to Amanda, She was rather friendly!
