Wondering if I should call again. Hmmm...

It's because of the kitty video, isn't it? LOL

If only NVC's e-mails were automated. This is 2014, right?

I have an image of a guy sitting in a room with one file on his desk at a time with a pencil checking off everything and walking to another floor of the building to the e-mail machine to manually type in the case complete e-mails. LOL And he types with only his index fingers, too.

5/21/2016: Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

5/23/2016: NOA1

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!

I wish they'd bring back the AVR. Why on earth they would obliterate an automated system in favor of keeping people on hold for an hour AFTER 30 redial attempts is beyond me. Way to modernize, NVC.

I think it's their passive-aggressive way of telling us we're traitors for falling in love with a foreigner lol

I got my AOS invoice within a couple of business days, but other people have waited a few weeks. I don't have a lawyer so not entirely sure of the process, but assume you would receive and email or notification when the fee's are available. Maybe worth getting your lawyer to log in and check though.

Thank u for the fast reply.

May it has been only 3days since we got our case number. I told my husband to call nvc.

Hope I could pay within this week.

Good luck :)

Spoke to a nice NVC rep {didn't get hold of her name} told me its 100% likely my AOS package is in the mailing room waiting to be scanned into the system, it will be scanned in any moment. I told her I filled the DS-261 June 4th and I corrected an error and resubmitted June 5th, she told me their record shows DS-261 completed June 5th. I asked about IV bill, she told me IV bill will be generated automated as soon as the DS-261 is reviewed, I asked how long to review DS-261, she said the usual 30days stuff....

Everything in NVC is 30days.....
