Hi guys,

I sent my AOS and IV packages through USPS got delivered on 5/21/14. I have been calling since then and they tell me to wait. I called today and it still doesn't show on there system as received and they said to send an email with proof that they received it #######?????

Thanks in advance to any advise I get.

Our corrected paperwork sat for a month before getting scanned. Unfortunately they lost some of them. We had to resubmit them again. Now we wait for another month.

I think NVC is doing to us (waiting for a CC) what they did to everyone waiting for their IV. Making us wait 30 days. -_-

I can't call anymore. I'm tempted to shoot for the interview expedite, but I feel silly doing so. I am so done with this. I really regret applying for my husband to come here, I should have just sold my house and taken the financial hit. I'd have been in England a long time ago enjoying my life with my husband.

Today is not a good day.

Hi all, I received a hard copy NOA2 (well, my husband did in Japan, I have received nothing at my new address, which I changed 5 days before our case was approved at Nabraska Service Center) on May 15th. Our case was approved on May 6th then sent to NVC apparently...

I have yet to receive anything from NVC. I know it can take 30 days. How do I know they even received anything? Do you get something in the mail saying it was accepted?

I tried to call the NVC at the 603# and it has been busy every time. It beeps three times like a busy signal and then nothing. I'm calling 603-334-0700.

I just wrote the nvc inquiry email address to see if I could get anything from them. Any advice on my next step?

Thank you :)

Welcome to the NVC thread. Firstly read Saylin's wiki at least twice (first post in this thread). You will need to call to find out if your case has been received and case # allocated. The number is always extremely busy. Redial, redial, redial some more until you get through. Then you can expect a 25-45 min wait on hold before you are connected to an agent. Call as often as you like but since it's over 1 month they probably have your case and possibly case number (don't forget to ask for the Invoice identification number) by now. Good luck
