Guys pls help me.

We received the case number & iin last friday.

I tried to loggin to ceac and I could see aos is still not invoiced.

We have a lawyer, so do ubthink when he loggs in he can pay the both fees or is it still not generated?

Im confused.... :(

so they had room on your case status and not mine? :P

I wish i knew what it was before. I have a feeling that everything was bold before.

Can you check the attached screenshot and tell me if you have the two boxed items as bold or not bold?

attachicon.gifUntitled.jpg

Mine looks exactly the same, I think it's just the design of the website. Not sure what it looks like if there are multiple beneficiaries, I always just assumed the principal applicant was in bold so it stood out. Either way, I don't think there's any magic formula (like the "paid" turning to "n/a" when CC)

Hi! Sorry I'm not sure if this question was asked and answered before but does NVC wait for the checklist response before they look into the IV supporting documents?

For example, AOS and IV packet were sent and received on different days. A checklist was received for AOS before the IV packet was reviewed. Will they go ahead and review the IV packet even if the response for checklist is not yet received? Or they will wait for the response before they review the IV packet?

Thank you very much!

I believe they will review the IV docs anyway while waiting on the AOS checklist response.

Received a checkilist yesterday stating:

INSTRUCTIONS FOR: xxxx

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

______F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE:______________________________________

We received your Immigrant Visa Application; however, we have not received an Affidavit of Support

form. You must submit an Affidavit of Support form before we can complete your case.

Does this mean they've accepted the IV package, but are still waiting for the AOS package? (which they have not received yet as it hasn't been sent...). I would assume so, but should we call and confirm?

Sounds like a false checklist to me. They are just asking you to send the AOS package, so to answer your question, yes they have accepted the IV package.

Hello guys!

I haven't been on here in a while. I traveled and have limited internet access. I submitted my da-261 and it's already three weeks today and I still don't have my iv invoiced yet... I worried :(

It took me 3 weeks, but think others are waiting longer. Don't think there is reason to be worried, but plenty of reason to be frustrated.

I got my AOS invoice within a couple of business days, but other people have waited a few weeks. I don't have a lawyer so not entirely sure of the process, but assume you would receive and email or notification when the fee's are available. Maybe worth getting your lawyer to log in and check though.

Yes I have read it and it says one week after approval start calling to make sure they received your case.its been 2 weeks since my approval and thats why.

Please go read my wiki again. No where did I say that it will be received within one week. In my wiki, I suggest to start calling after one week from approval to see IF it's been received, not that it definitely has been.

Called last night. Nothing new...in fact, I'm pretty certain the same girl has been answering my calls. She is always hard to hear and very sleepy sounding. I'm not calling again until the end of the week.
