I have a package waiting to be reviewed as well and I received a Case Complete on Monday. My other package was not even scanned until June 6th though, it was just additional documents I forgot.

Did the person that you spoke to say that you will get a new Case Complete date? What do they mean by "update" your case?

I had a package scanned in May 9th, and another one (the same info) on May 15th. They gave me case complete based on the May 9th data. They did NOT hold me up waiting for the data from the 15th.

I think Australia must be one of the most expensive places for the immigration medical. In Melbourne we have been quoted $405 and $450 (not including vaccinations). Of course there are only 2 places in our area to choose from, so it's not like you have much choice. And somehow I replied to one of the doctors instead of forwarding his email to my husband and said "The other place is $450, bend over". So it sounded like I was telling to doc off, when I was really venting my frustration to my husband. That was fun to explain. lol

agree with u, but unfortunately u will not get any contact on higher management, they r covered pretty good so the only way u can act is by waiting... sorry :/

just this morning on the news they are talking about 1,000 illegal immigrants from Mexico that they are transporting to Arizona and setting them up with food, money and clothing, and they sneak across the border! I dont know what this country is coming to its very upsetting that there is no help for good people who are really trying because they give everything away to the dishonest!

I so agree, if not mistaken it's a flood and I mean a flood of minors coming over the boarder (where is boader patrol that can't catch kids?) . They want everyone to feel bad for them, they parents abandoned them and now they come to look for their parents. This is all staged and they should return them to Mexico so they can deal with them for once. This is getting really rediculous!

My documents are entirely new documents. However, I should get issued an interview date before they even get to my June 6th packet so hopefully they won't re-open my case and issue me a new Case Complete date.

Are the fonts both bold or not?

The marriage certificate was printout of the original document scan The birth certificate was a photocopy of the original with "true copy" and "notary" stamp.

I know i know, it was stupid. but this checklist is even stupider. They are asking for these certificates which were mailed in with IV documents and they are saying IV documents are currently under review. So how would they know there is an issue with it if they didn't review them yet. I hope it's a false checklist.

The originals will be here on Friday and by that time, i'll know about my IV documents too. Hoping it's a false checklist for the certificates.

I noticed that my DS-261 was available around noon last Wednesday. I received the email from NVC asking me to fill out the DS-261 form and pay the AOS fee around 2pm on Thursday. I filled out the form and paid the AOS fee that evening. I feel better doing it after the email just in case considering many people are having problems with the DS-261 form.

Of course, you can wait for 1-3 days. I mean you waited for a long time to get your NOA2 so you know how to be patient, eh?

I don't think waiting for 1-3 days makes any difference. I sometimes wonder why some people here are panicking and don't want to even wait for 1-3 days.

I'm confused, I sent my AOS's today and paid for it while you were on vacation and I still don't see anything for the IV or DS-261 does it have to do with NVC receiving the AOS? Odd or maybe not.

So we talked to Lisa - Supervisor after 63 minutes wait only to find that they did not receive my wife's checklist reply email that she sent on April 30th. She sent it twice that day. Lisa insisted that they completed supervisor review and did not find those emails. How can that be possible? We offered to forward her the April 30th emails as a proof. Her response - "No - you send a new email reply for the checklist". We wonder as to why did we opt for Electronic Filing? One case is complete but the other is not and for the same checklist. My wife sent a new I-864 form dated today duly signed by the petitioner. Hope they get this email. We have no way to find except to wait for 30 business days of guessing if they received the email or not.

Note to Canadian filers - Please don't opt EP . Do it snail mail so that you know if Fedex delivered it.

Mine are the same, I think the reason for them to unbold cuz it does not enough space for bold
