they said you can bring those items to the interview? so they closed your case?

I just got off the phone and they said that there is still a package they haven't reviewed (weird) and when they do review it they'll update my case and let me know if my husband *really* does need to take anything to the interview. This situation is really weird, lol because I don't know what package triggered the checklist now. Either way he confirmed my case is complete and to wait for our interview date.

We'll receive an email from NVC when we can pay the IV fee, correct? :huh2:

If so, I'll stop checking https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ since I feel silly checking it everyday to see if I can pay the IV fee. :bonk:

51 minutes and still waiting for NVC to take our call. One IR5 complete on June 4th and the other is still under review. Same checklist for I -864 for both. Talked to two supervisors since June 4th. Both assured to help. Still no resolution. Why can't someone review the emails that we sent on April 30th. It is frustrating. They complete one case and send a false checklist for the other parent without reviewing the email that was sent for the checklist.

I have a package waiting to be reviewed as well and I received a Case Complete on Monday. My other package was not even scanned until June 6th though, it was just additional documents I forgot.

Did the person that you spoke to say that you will get a new Case Complete date? What do they mean by "update" your case?

Thanks!

Mine are the same. Not sure if it makes any difference?

Also - looking at your signature they are asking for original marriage certificate? What does that mean? Did you only send photocopy?

Are the fonts both bold or not?

The marriage certificate was printout of the original document scan :( The birth certificate was a photocopy of the original with "true copy" and "notary" stamp.

I know i know, it was stupid. but this checklist is even stupider. They are asking for these certificates which were mailed in with IV documents and they are saying IV documents are currently under review. So how would they know there is an issue with it if they didn't review them yet. I hope it's a false checklist.

The originals will be here on Friday and by that time, i'll know about my IV documents too. Hoping it's a false checklist for the certificates.
