Hi everyone.

The best alarm call this morning. As my alarm went off so did the beep that another email had come in on my phone. Had to do a double take yo check it really was from NVC.

After waiting exactly 30 days we received the IV invoice. Hubby paid it. Lawyer couriering IV package tomorrow.

What a sad little life I lead that I have been walking on air today just because I received an invoice!

Oh well the waiting begins again now.

Great to see lots of good news today.

Come on bdrew I am waiting for your CC and Sukie your interview date. Great that you got that medical out the way Sukie.

Off to cook dinner.

Woohoo! Such good news for you, it has been a long time coming. Hopefully that backlog is clearing quickly and you'll have your CC soon :)

You're only a couple of weeks behind us so who knows - could be lining up for that interview together!

This grade means you can never be wrong on VJ threads.

That reminds me of what was said once in "Yes Minister" BBC series regarding the highest civil service honor: GCMG grade means God Calls Me God!

Glad to see you got the help you needed. I was busy attending my boy's graduation from elementary school LOL, not that I could've helped with this particular form.

NP and what a lovely thing to be busy with. :) Your a genius you would have figured it out. :)(F) (L) (F)

i have submitted IV fees today......should i send IV package now or after i submit DS-260??? DS-260 is not available online yet..... and my IV fees status is coming like as below........

APPLICANT INFORMATION
Status IV Fee IV

Application Civil

Documents

KHAN, ARMAN
PRINCIPAL
PRINCIPAL APPLICANT
IN PROCESS NOT STARTED N/A

The DS260 isn't available right after you submit the IV payment. Probably a day to a few days after. It's okay to send the IV package even if it isn't available.

The fee status is going to show IN PROCESS until clears. It can take 2-4 business days to show PAID. The IV documents part will always say N/A, no changes on that part. Once you fill out the DS260 it will say COMPLETED.

Thanks for your help :)

I am just going to have to wait until tonight, it's 10:00 am here and I am at work, I can't just sit here on the phone all day haha. As much as I'd like to!

So it's all you Aussies that are clogging up the phone lines at 7AM EST ;). No wonder it's so busy at that time in the morning!

I posted a question about my AOS package today, and only one person was kind enough to answered it. So I posted the same question on the I-130 Facebook group and got good replies. :content:

Well, I don't take it personal. :) I know everyone is excited to hear good news on Mondays so things get lost and it gets difficult to reply to other people's messages.

Depends if people read through the thread or not. Usually if someone answers the question and I agree with it, I usually don't respond with the same answer. I just usually give kudos to their answers :P. But overall, your domicile sounds fine to me! :)

Hello guys, Saylin,

Yesterday we got check list... I'll call today, but just wonder is there anybody with the same experience, because from everything listed it's looks like they miss almost everything from my IV package. I sent everything originals with apostille with translations...

We have reviewed the documents which you submitted in support of an application for an immigrant

which are indicated as missing or need additional information. You must submit the required
information. Failure to provide the requested information will delay your immigrant visa interview.
Please read the enclosed information to determine where to send all required copies of missing
documents. If you have any questions regarding this letter, please call the National Visa Center at (603)

Hello guys, Saylin,

I've seen a few like this, I would call and make sure that it isn't a real checklist, even though it's asking for specifics. If I were you, I would call to see if they even started reviewing your IV package. If they have and the checklist is real, the customer rep will tell you if it's unsatisfactory for their liking, or if they lost it. I hope it's a false alarm for you :).

Thanx, let's hope so it's false one :)

Once you fill out the DS260 it will say COMPLETED.

thanks dear for your quick response... i have a question.. should i send the cover sheet i got when i was submitting ds-261....... i don't know which coversheet should i send along with IV package plz....i didn't got any coversheet when i submitted the IV fees... only i got ( Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee Bill Invoice) on email.. i got this invoice before i paid the IV fees........so i m confuse....

You will be checking the 1A because your the petitioner, your father will be checking the joint sponsor box. If you are doing two joint sponsors then it needs to be 1.E. or if he's the only joint sponsor then it needs to be 1.D.

I hope I didn't confuse you on that part!
