NVC must be really backlogged. It does not take this long (almost 3 weeks in your case) after Case # to get the DS-261 or the AOS fee invoice becoming available. You should call them and find out what is going on? Maybe talk to a supervisor.

I got assigned my case number and IN last 21 may and i waiting still ds -261 available or the next step .someone can say me when do I wait for ds - 261 is it available?

You should have gotten your AOS bill and DS-261 by now. My case number and IIN was assigned May 23. June 4th NVC emailed me my AOS bill and DS-261 was available. You should call them.

Still waiting on my IV invoice. I submitted the 261 on May 13th (the first time at least) so here's hoping I find something out on that soon.

I'm on the I-130 Facebook group. Someone who submitted the D-261 form on May 21 just paid the IV fee. It took her 12 business days.

Oh goody, NVC took a page from USCIS on how not to do things and are processing out of order!

Well as with everything else NVC related, either there is no rhyme or reason behind when they get to things or something was messed up during the double submission and thanks to the 30 day policy they won't be able to help until after June 21st.

You are not applying for CR1 visa?

Are you a USC applying for your spouse? If so, you shouldn't have to worry about priority date but if you are F2A then you have to wait, I believe.

19th business day since they've had my returned checklist. This is driving me nuts.

Were they working over time during the weekend to catch up? (Wouldn't this be nice.) I got an email response Saturday, mid-day- or is this typical?

Yes, F2A is different category altogether. They have fixed quota for every other category other than IR1/CR1.

Just spoke with Abby, so no interview date, usual talk on how I've got approved on June 2nd and they are waiting on the Embassy's reply.

Questioned her about the priority date that showed on the CC email if that was used to schedule the interview, and she said because I am a US citizen wife I get main priority and should disregard that date.

So the scheduling order is by CC then. I do believe, me and LifeOnHold will meet in Paris

If you don't have a date yet, then I don't have one either, so I won't even bother calling. Thanks for doing the calling lol.

We can go celebrate at a French Cafe then (At that point I will probably be too poor to have dinner in Paris at a real restaurant lol).

I'm worried with all these people having CC dates changed that mine was as well. I'll call today and double check I'm still May 31!

I am wondering what the heck is going on with the interview appointments. I haven't seen any scheduled. By the looks of the spreadsheet, it seems they schedule them about 2 weeks into the month also. So HOPEFULLY they are coming. Costa Rica is such a low volume embassy. This waiting is horrible. Is it me, or does it seem everything seems stalled this month???
