Yup I called. After being on hold for a little over an hour I got a hold of someone and they told me my case was complete. My checklist was scanned in on May 13th. I appreciate everyones help throughout this process so far. It's been a long process, started it last April. Also, congrats to all the others who have received case completes recently.

That is the calmest case complete I've ever read :-P

We have two IR5 cases and were check listed for I-864 error in one column on April 30th. We sent revised I-864 for the checklist same day. After a long wait NVC completed one case yesterday but one is still pending and they sent another checklist for same item yesterday in Greek. We talked to Supervisor (Lisa) last evening. She was super nice and advised us to wait for a couple of more days.

She also told that July interviews in Montreal are complete as of June 4th. If our both cases get complete then we would be getting only August interviews. This process has been so stressful. We are not in rush to move to US but wish that we did not have to be waiting for so long.

WOW :wow: WOW :wow: WOW, I hope everyone who calls the NVC gets a chance to speak with Todd. What an amazing Operator. SUPER helpful and he took the time to listen and look at my case. When I told him how rude Joy and Arthur were to me he just laughed out loud. I guess he was sort of agreeing without actually saying it !!

SO, oddly enough, I explained what happened with the email I received with the someone else's personal information... he stated the same thing happened to another caller last week. He thought it was me but I never had the pleasure of speaking with Todd before. He looked back in the phone logs and confirmed that he NEVER spoke to me before. Kinda makes me wonder who is responding to the emails.. #######???

He said San Jose is not a common embassy. I am like one of two calls he has taken for that embassy in a long while....and that I should have no problem getting an interview!! YAY !

Also confirmed that interviews are scheduled electronically. There isn't one person who sits there and schedules each one individually.. I was joking with him and told him to go give the scheduler $5 from me. He said that department is in another building... ......and guys... Todd can take a joke.. Such a nice guy !

So my status is STILL WAITING !!!!! but at least I had a really good experience with the operator this morning.

Hmmm... Me likey Todd.

Quick question for my aos checklist i know ive seen alot of people get checklisted for rounding the amounts. All i got checklisted for was because i didnt send page 9. So i should leave everything as is and just send the whole i-864 with the last page filled with n/a

Yes true i called earlier and only had to hold for 3 mins. The lady even asked me for my date of birth. Which the english agents have never asked me

I'm not sure how to answer that.... I think it's just like an RFE with USCIS, only send them what they're askong for. I would wait for someone else to clarify, though.
