Did you have to give them your email address? :huh2: I didn't since I filled out my email address in one of the I-130 forms. :star:

When I talked to an NVC agent, they told me they had my email address and double checked it with me. :yes:

As long as they have it, you shouldn't have to give it again. I had to, as somehow it didn't make it to NVC, despite the fact we provided it to uscis.

I would say your evidence leans towards his move being temporary if he never even changed to a Canadian license at all... how long has he been in Canada? (keep in mind I'm not an expert either, just figuring things out)

There is a cover letter somewhere on VJ... I'll have to find a link to it... somebody put together a list of all the different types of things to include regarding domicile

My husband visited his parents last year and renewed his license. He never changed to a Canadian license and his license has his permanent US address on it ( he's only been here for 3 years). Which do you think my evidence proves? A or B? Funny enough, my husband is from SC and we'll be moving there once we get our visa and then to NC once we get jobs there.

That explains why he still has a US driver's license! :idea:

I'm sending our US domicile documents next Monday. According to my research on this issue, the most important factors demonstrating the US domicile or intention to return to the US are job and a place to live (buying or renting a property). :wacko:

My partner (USC) is keeping his Canadian job and working from Seattle. We're including a letter from his employer stating it's okay to do so. We hired a real estate agent in Seattle because we're looking for a house to buy in Seattle. We're attaching a buyer's agency agreement form. ^_^

#2 It's listed in the I-864 Instruction, but the 1-864EZ says nothing about blank or N/A.

You're right, there's nothing you can do but write in the 3 characters they want and send it back in. This is in need of serious reform, you're right about that :/

Hmm... I hope someone here is able to give you an answer!

Why not call NVC and ask them what you should do, I would ask for a supervisor to make sure the answer is correct. I wouldn't just guess at it this is to important to mess up at this stage of the game. :) Good luck will be praying for a good outcome to this. (F)(L)(F)

Today its been 1 year since my NOA 1 and I inocently thought I had hopes to be back in the US for Christmas last year, now i am hoping and praying for a quick case complete to be able to get an August interview... We'll see what happens.

I'm hoping for an Aug interview, but it all depends on how fast I'll be able to pay the IV fee and if I get a checklist or not. Fingers crossed! :yes:

I'm hoping for an Aug interview, but it all depends on how fast I'll be able to pay the IV fee and if I get a checklist or not. Fingers crossed! :yes:
