Soloenta 2,218 Posted June 6, 2014 Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Egypt Timeline Share Posted June 6, 2014 Hi, At least for us, mid May case complete, no interview scheduled yet... I would love "to check in and let you know good news".... unfortunately it seems like the Paris Embassy has decided to take a few extra holidays-day off. Nobody seems to have been scheduled for July so far. So depressing... Any info about what is going on? They are having a wine and cheese festival and they will be back as soon as it's over. Seriously I think it might be a glitch of some kind, no way they aren't scheduling for July. Can call NVC or the Embassy to find out. Soloenta 2,218 Posted June 6, 2014 Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Egypt Timeline Share Posted June 6, 2014 What the heck?!?!?!? Why are they taking so long? They don't even issue "that many" visas according to the number I saw online. According to my math (I suck at math btw) they should at least have 4-5 interviews a day. Can't they squeeze us in for July? Give us all the same day. We can hang while we wait lol. I wish I could call and be all like, "Bonjour.... le retard.... je n'aime pas!!" Three years of high school French and all of hubby's dad's side of the family speaks French and that's all I got for ya. Your so selfish, if they squeeze you in and make it 6 for the day they wont be able to have their three hour lunch with a nap afterwards. Have you no sense of priorities?
