I have few traffic tickets already mentioned. Paid.

If you have disclosed tickets, IO may need the court documents to show that it has been paid and dismissed. if it's regular citation then I wouldn't worry unless it's related to DUI etc. which is of more serious in nature...

Hi guyzz say something about traffic tickets.....how many u got. How you planning to handle them?

I had 3 tickets a few years ago. I didn't mention them in my application, because I didn't if I have to. I never mentioned them in my application for green card either. I didn't know that I have to do it. I will bring a letter from dmv that says that my suspension was lifted, and I can drive. Non of the tickets were DUI related.

Hmmmm i never had suspension dui or anything of that nature. am ge worried now its more than a month since my bio but my status is still initial review.

Mine was suspended because stupid me didn't pay those fines on time, and paid them a couple of years later. There was a discussion in the thread somewhere that of your fines weren't DUI ralated and none of them were over 500$ you don't have to mention them, so that sort of made me not to worry as much. I don't know. I didn't put mines down just because I didn't know you are suppose to. I thought those questions are about more serious crimes, if you know what I mean.

I don't believe your fines would affect the process, especially since you said none were DUIs. Some people wait more or less to get in line for an interview, and the fact that you have received a yellow letter, I believe shows that your case is slowly moving forward. We jut have to be patient. So many of us are still waiting to get in line, no need to stress out about it quite yet

Yesterday i came across a guyz post who was denied just for 3 tickets in 5 years. Although he got approved later through appeal but still it took his time, energy money and most importantly wat he had to go through emotionally his post was named like nyc_new..... Something.

Yes, it has been 2.5 months for me and 2.75 months for you. Charlotte office has plenty of time to schedule interview appointments. Who knows, we might have the same day interview!

It seems like they are kinda slow now .I was checking April or May filers i don't really remember and i notice that 2 days after that person was inline for interview they updated his case with interview schedule.He had his interview almost a month after being inline for interview .He had his oath 2 days later after the interview ! I have been inline for over than a month now and still nothing ! Good luck guys i hope that we will hear something soon from the slow Charlotte office lol

Charlotte is usually the fastest when compared to other offices.

Somehow it seems like during the summer months everything slows down!

Chicago is slow as well. There was one person from April who was interviewed July 1st. Then all the other ones (no matter when they filed in the month) got interview dates for the same day at the end of August. That's almost two months in between interviews. It makes me wonder how often they actually interview people for citizenship at a given Field Office. And if during the summer a lot of people have time off, which might cause things to slow down. I've been in line for interview for 6 weeks now, but I don't expect to hear anything until at least the end of the month.

Same here. I don't expect to hear anything until end of August(that's almost 2 months from FP date and being in-line) and hoping that interview will be before end of Sep and Oath in mid-October!!!
