second stage,

I have a question about your timeline. Forgive me, but, why does your official timeline say "Naturalization (approved)" when your signature timeline shows that your interview has not been scheduled yet? Just curious...

I don't want your suffering! I don't want your future!

I am in Charlotte nc too. Nice to know you. I am in line 7/24. I am still wait for you to move status further, than mine will move.please update your case when you heard something. The only thing we can do is to wait.

Yes, it has been 2.5 months for me and 2.75 months for you. Charlotte office has plenty of time to schedule interview appointments. Who knows, we might have the same day interview! :)

10/2001: arrived as a F1 student (college) in NC
01/2003: met my now-husband at school
08/2004: moved to Louisiana to continue study

AOS: I-130 and I-485
06/2010: got married in NC
01/2011: interview and approved

ROC: I-751
01/14/2013: Package Sent
06/12/2013: got approved!!!

06/14/2013: card and letter arrived!!!

Exactly 5 months!!! No Interview. No RFE.

Strongest Evidence? My 8-year relationship and 3-year marriage to my husband.

If it does not show commitment, then I don't know what does...

Naturalization: N-400

06/16/2014: Package Sent

06/23/2014: Check Cashed

06/27/2014: Received NOA1 (Letter dated 06/20)

07/07/2014: Walk-in Bio (Appt date 07/18)

07/09/2014: In-Line for Interview

08/07/2014: Received Yellow Letter (dated 08/02)

09/06/2014: Received Interview Letter

10/09/2014: Interview Date

10/21/2014: Oath Ceremony

Parents received their yellow letters. Interestingly both were requested to bring their passports but only Mom was required to bring State issued DL or State issues ID card.

No status change online...

Yes,we might have the interview at the same day and oath the same day. Then we can meet in person. I am waiting your case move, then it wii be my turn

Perhaps it is also possible to shorten the ChkCashd column? Just need to somehow truncate the title, "FeeWaive" and "MoneyOrd". Perhaps "ChkCs", FeeWv", and "MnyOr" respectivly? Though I am not sure any more shortening is really necessary?

Also, how do you suggest I input my new interview letter and interview dates when I get a new NOA?

I was thinking of adding a second line like this;

Shortening the BIO column now that almost everyone has completed their Finger Prints...

This yellow letter must be unique to certain field offices? I did not get one before my interview letter. Though perhaps at Cincinnati it comes after?

Did you get a new interview date? If so, that'll be your 'interview' date. It would be difficult to accommodate individual cases in the timeline tracker...

I see you don't have a signature line - my suggestion would be to add much details to your signature line so others can see what's happening with your timeline.

Hi guyz...

i received a letter yesterday asking me to bring court papers for tickets. Anybody have any idea at what stage they send this letter. Does yellow letter indicate something about progress of name check or background check. Thx

don't know but it's definitely a sign of progress. Am just not sure how to predict anticipated interview letter based on receiving the yellow letter.

Has anyone who is tracking other threads have an idea?

I ended up sending it based on 3-year marriage, despite having to gather more documents. I could have done either way but felt that this was the best option in my case.

I find this rather peculiar. I certainly don't understand your circumstances and you certainly don't have to explain yourself. but can't for the life of me figure out why anyone would opt to file under the three year marriage when they clearly qualify as a five year LPR?
