Thank you for the link. Is it not too old? I mean the checklist. I thought maybe some things might have changed since it's 2008 or so.

Not too old. It lists what you need. You get the current forms and instructions for those forms from the USCIS site.

I provided a copy of the certificate that was given to me at the court house and did not receive an RFE. It's a hit and miss, as some people stated they got RFE's. Your call.

Hello, could you please list all the documents for AOS for me? Did your fiance/fiancee do any vaccinations when he or she entered US? Thank you.

Sure, there are a couple of good lists. :guides: easily accessible at the top of the forum page. In particular, the K1/K3 AOS Guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos Another good source are the Form I-485 instructions: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-485instr.pdf

Finally, there always several forum threads from folks, wanting verification of the completeness of their AOS packets, be sure to check those for more information.
