So after filing June 17th 2014, getting an interview waiver notice September 9th 2014, then nothing and contacting my senator's office in March 2015, my case was transferred from MSC to Newark NJ on April 17th 2015 then....

It just went into card production today!!

I'm so happy and relieved!! This website and community is such a blessing. Thanks to everyone for the advice and I hope to see a lot more card production updates! :dancing::dancing::dancing:

I dont think it has anything to do with the waiver letter ,just my opinion ,it can be wrong .But my waiver letter comes late in November ,later than most of you here .And my NOA date is JUNE 5th .My case went to a local field office now and just redid the new medical ,waiting to be approved at any time if there isnt any new problems

Oh I forgot to ask you or probably you have already mentioned before but I did not see it. Did you have an I-693 included in your AOS package or you just sent DS3025?

It seems there are getting closer and closer if I reapply for EAD/TD would I need to pay the biometric fee?

No, you don't need to pay. Included a copy of your NOA-1 of I-485 your renewal to show that your I-485 is still pending.

Thank you for the info. I did not include anything just DS-3025 since mine was marked waiver on the box. I think this is as a reminder to people that if they have DS-3025 marked completed or received waiver then they just sent DS-3025 because sometimes it took a long for USCIS to approved it and that cost a lot. And probably have to redo twice their I-693 if takes more than a year to process.

Hi All,

Update from me - I filed end of may (NOA June) and had a waiver letter from September and got a flurry or texts and emails updating my status - green card is in production.

Hoping it happens soon to the rest of you.

Congrats!
