Hello all....My wife got her GC on the 25th of February. We had an rfe to correct her vaccination record but everything went smoothly and the USCIS case officer was awesome and very friendly. Wish you all the best of luck!

Hello everyone. I received a notification from USCIS yesterday saying my I-485 has been approved and is being mailed out. I'm so happy and relieved. I haven't heard anything from them regarding my case since my biometrics appointment. I would call to ask for an update but they said just to keep waiting. I was also quite nervous because I hadn't received an interview letter or a waiver letter. I thought I would receive a waiver letter and still have to wait for 6 months from them. So yesterday's news was a pleasant surprise and I'm relieved not to have to go through the stress of the interview.

Thank you everyone for the support along the way. I've enjoyed reading everyone's stories and seeing how far along everyone is has made the wait much more bare able. Good luck to everyone still waiting and I hope you get the good news you deserve soon! :)

K-1 Process:

09/03/13 - NOA1

10/22/13 - NOA2

09/11/14 - EAD Card Received

We received out interview waiver letter in October.

I think our case slowed down a bit because of an RFE received in July, to which we replied in August. Now all we can do is wait. I didn't expect some people to have their GC in hand already, I thought most would have been sent out in March or April.
Time to start checking our case number more often... or maybe just be patient and wait it out.

Bumping this thread back up to say still waiting on my green card.

Acceptance notice: June 17th

Biometrics: July 27th, early walk-in the 7th July.

NPIW: September 26th, so the 6-month expiry is on the 26th of March.

Anyone else around June for a NPIW case and got their green card, or got any word of it?

AOS:

NOA: June 16th, 2014

NPIW: September 29th, 2014

Received Green Card: June 13th, 2015.

RoC:

Submitted: December 11th, 2019

After you mentioned it I looked it up and from how things are going it looks like some of us may have to renew our EAD/ AP cards.

hi.did you hear anything after you got the wavier letter in Octomber

No, I haven't. The last update on the web site is from when they received my response to their RFE and then in October I got the Potential Interview Waiver Letter and that's about it. I just checked to see if any changes were made but no, nothing.

Are you planning to renew your AP/ EAD?

P.S: keep me updated if you get any news!

Dear all,

This thread is a branch from the NOA2 Approval Thread - June 2014 TSC Filers.

We all liked the idea of continuing to support one another through the new and yet unknown process to us that is the AOS. Some of us are still waiting for our significant others to join us in the USA, others are already deep in the process. As always you support, help and advice is appreciated. We all got through our interviews and now the real fun begins. Also, feel free to share news of weddings, moves, and etc. I don't mind this being a general support thread for one another.

As always with much love and respect to you all! :goofy:
