Just received my EAD card and did an Self-check for e-verify and the result came back as possible mismatch with DHS information. Has anyone encountered the same problem? Maybe the file has not been updated yet?

I just tried out of curiosity and they couldn't even find me

I tried it but since we are new here and do not have credit history so system is unable to generate enough questions to verify our identity. But your employer would be able to E- verify you.

Girl from Celebes:DO you still ave the same issue? It is resolved: how to resolve this? Or did it change later by itself?

Congrats. How did they notify you of the interview date? We are still waiting.

Checked it on uscis.gov - but will probably also get it by mail.

How accurate are the USCIS field office processing times as listed on their website?

I took a look at my local one (Columbus, OH) and until recently, It's been saying the current processing date as of June 30th has been Feb. 20th, 2014. It's now changed to as of July 30th, with the current processing date of Feb. 21st!

Surely that can't be right? I'll have to wait about 40 years if that's as fast as they can go...

AOS:

NOA: June 16th, 2014

NPIW: September 29th, 2014

Received Green Card: June 13th, 2015.

RoC:

California Service Center

Submitted: March 22nd, 2017

Completed: October 5th, 2018

N-400:

Submitted: December 11th, 2019

Biometrics: December 31st, 2019

Interview: April 22nd, 2020

Interview descheduled and now waiting for further updates...

I also did a self check on e-verify tonight, and everything looks good! I had to answer several identity check questions but I know myself and my info so I passed the identity check. I was taken aback though, because one of the questions asked me to identify from a list of names which one is an employer I worked for many years ago when I was on a non immigrant student visa. This just proved to me that the government keeps track of everything, even from decades ago!

Check my timeline for K-1 visa & AOS details

Really? That's kind of slow... I'm also at the Colombus office!

Wish I knew how to check that online.
