Congrats. How did they notify you of the interview date? We are still waiting.

Us too. We may well end up in the interview waiver club. To be honest now that my EAD is about to arrive I'm in no huge rush for the Green Card.

Agreed. As long as I have my EAD. I really do not want go for the interview because my husband has to drive 4 hours to Kendall.

Eek! 4 hours! Ours is just under an hour away (though neither of us drive so that's using public transportation.) I'm kinda hoping for an interview waiver just so I won't have to take a day off work. Don't think it will look very good asking for a day off not long after I start! Hubby has also just started a new job so he'd be in a similar situation, though he works shifts throughout the week so he could always trade a shift with someone else I suppose. I'm going to be working in education so will be Mon-Fri.

And 8 hours back and forth, :crying: .I wish Key West has a public transportation system. I stuck almost all the time in apartment, lol. Good thing the island is very small so I can do walk though my husband sometimes worried if I walked alone in the street. Congrats for finding job. I prefer working from home based on my experience I have had from my country.

Just received my EAD card and did an Self-check for e-verify and the result came back as possible mismatch with DHS information. Has anyone encountered the same problem? Maybe the file has not been updated yet?
