Interesting.. We filed in July and my i-485 status also says Nebraska Service Center. All 3 of my NOA's are postmarked as having been sent from the NBC. I wonder what is going on, lol?!

Mine says en route to National Benefits Center. I have no idea why some filers have a different place, :D

There hasn't been any updates since Aug 6th, where ours was moved to Interview Scheduling. But, we haven't gotten an interview date.

On Friday I'm traveling to Los Angeles for 10 days, on my danish passport with my old last name. Do I really need to bring my marriage license to prove the namechange? How will they know there's a name change at all?

AOS from F-1, maintaining status

August 2010 was introduced to each other during a visit in NY.
01/14/2012: Arrived at JFK with F-1 visa with the intention of studying for three years, and then do OPT. Intention was not to get married!
Yet, almost five semesters as a full-time international student later he proposed ...

04/07/2014: Married in Queens, NY

06/26/2014: I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131 and supporting documents sent to Chicago Lockbox via USPS Priority.

06/30/2014: USPS states delivery happened 6:50 am.

07/07/2014: Received NOA of I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 dated 07/02. --- What a great 3-month anniversary gift!

07/15/2014: Received Biometrics appointment scheduled 07/31, in Long Island City.

07/31/2014: Biometrics done. Process took 45 minutes. 99% was waiting time. Awesome people working there. Good experience!

08/06/2014: Case i-485 updated to Testing & Interview on uscis.gov - - Yay!

08/29/2014: Updates on I-765, card in production as well as I-131.

09/04/2014: Update on I-485, interview scheduled for October 10th, 2014.
09/08/2014: Received combo-card. Went straight to Social Security office to get SSN.
09/15/2014: Received Social security card in mail.
10/10/2014: Interview at Long Island City. Took no more than 10 minutes. Was simple, normal questions. Was approved on spot.

ROC

10/07/2016: USPS stated I-751 was delivered. Also sent in fee waiver request.
10/19/2016: Got everything back, with denied fee waiver. They misspelled my name. Makes me wonder if they even read my application. My name is all over the papers.
10/25/2016: Sent in ROC (I-751) again, with USPS.

10/29/2016: I-751 delivered again.
11/2/2016: Checks cashed

You should have heard any time soon. I filed on June 13th and my I-765 has been approved. You filed a few days after me. There are some members here that filed in June have already the interview is scheduled.

We travelled to Vegas for our honeymoon. We just booked my tickets in my maiden name, which is the name on my passport. As long as the name on your ticket matches the one on your passport, you're fine. If you've booked the tickets in your married name, just take your marriage certificate to prove name change.

My biometrics were a week before yours and still no news.

I guess sit tight is the way to go...

Just got an email saying that my AP was produced. Nothing for EAD. Is this normal? From what I've read it's usually the EAD that updates and the AP stays as it is. Worried that they might just be sending me the AP rather than the combo card as I requested an expedite...but it's now too late for me to use the AP so I was hoping the EAD would come through quickly so at least I can start work.

You have a really similar timeline to us by the looks of it. Right now my face is probably red like that one in your post! I would wait to call as its still quite early, but seeing approvals from people who filed just before us gets my hopes up :) I'm waiting on a call back from a Tier 2 officer as to why I haven't received my NOA1 hardcopies even after filing a service request a month ago, so hopefully I can wrangle some information out of him/her as to roughly when mine will be approved or what date they are approving. This is all just wishful thinking but I will let you know how I get on! I'm just so impatient for that work permit.

K-1 Process:

09/03/13 - NOA1

10/22/13 - NOA2

02/25/14 - Visa Interview - Approved!

03/03/14 - Visa Received

04/08/14 - US Entry

06/05/14 - Wedding

AOS Process:

07/02/14 - NOA1s received for I-485, I-765 and I-131

07/23/14 - Early walk-in for Biometrics

09/04/14 - EAD Card Approved!

09/11/14 - EAD Card Received

02/27/15 - Greencard Approved!
03/12/15 - Greencard Received!
ROC Process:
02/07/2017 - NOA1
03/09/2017 - Biometrics
02/15/2018 - Extension Stamp in Passport at Local Office
...currently waiting...

My AP application status was updated to the following on 8th August,

Post Decision Activity

On August 8, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Since then I have received my EAD/AP card already, however I have not received this "notice" that is being mentioned in this status message.

Has anybody received a document notice for I131 approval in mail? Or is this normal?
