lol, still under "initial review" for my I-765 and "acceptance" for my I-485. The local USCIS in Kendall, Miami, seems one of busiest ones as my impression. Which local office your I-485 is processing now?

Just chiming in, but we're still waiting for the notification of acceptance, NOA1 etc. Very glad that we chose to send it via certified mail, so at least I know it got there!

July 9----- Received mail and txt of acceptance from uscis for I-485, i-765 and I-131
July12---- Hard copy of i-485,i-765 and I-131 in the mail
July14-----Biometrics schedule arrive on the mail, Scheduled on August 6,2014
August6----Biometrics done!done!
Sept03-----EAD/AP CARD/document production :)
Sept11-----EAD card recieved
October16--Interview AOS :)
Approved on the spot
October 24-Green Card arrived in the mail. :)

My husbands EAD finally shipped today I am so excited because now he can work and help me pay bills. It is scheduled to arrive in our mailbox this saturday.

Glad to see some progress. I am looking forward to finally have my salary coming in from the US, rather than today where I am employed through Sweden and get paid. Info for those who are linking this post to my old one about EAD.

Have not heard anything since the RFE was accepted. Someone is probably using it as a pillow at work. Today is 70 days into the process and no word, if my EAD was put on hold due tue the RFE. I am going to involve myself in politics and tear down the USCIS piece by piece someday in the future.
