Just got email/text, .. case updated to testing and interview. pheww, finally!.. I was starting to get really axious as my case status had been on rfe response review since Aug 5th. Had to send in new I-864 from another joint sponsor.

Another step closer! Good luck to you!

Just chiming in, but we're still waiting for the notification of acceptance, NOA1 etc. Very glad that we chose to send it via certified mail, so at least I know it got there!

Aaand we wait. Our RFE has been received it seems, so worried about it and no AP or EAD but it's ok, as long as everything work out in the end.

Not to mention out K1 took quite some time to be approved, although we had no RFE at the time... we're used to waiting.

You are right, lol. Being a former K-1 visa holder myself, I used to wait for long period of time such as my husband and I had been in five-year-courtship before he filed I-129F for me. Though I-129F and my K-1 visa process were pretty quick but the wait of being in the relationship taught be more patient.

I believe wasn't qualify for an expedite either but I saw many people had done it and I was thinking that no harm to try. Good look to you too!

My husbands EAD finally shipped today I am so excited because now he can work and help me pay bills. It is scheduled to arrive in our mailbox this saturday.

Biometrics walk-in in Boston, MA today was successful (but only because I had a valid reason for the walk-in, trying to expedite my AP due to family issues back in the UK.)
