Just got my email notifications yayy. 1-765 and I-131 processed at National Benefits Center whereas I-485 processed at Nebraska Service Center. This is just what I wanted and hoped for... now the waiting begins, feel so much relaxed now lol.

Just chiming in, but we're still waiting for the notification of acceptance, NOA1 etc. Very glad that we chose to send it via certified mail, so at least I know it got there!

Just to make sure everything is in order here, did u complete and attach the G-1145 form with the packet u sent in? Cos u know without that, there's no way USCIS will send u any notification regarding ur current case status

My AoS package was delivered this afternoon according to USPS notification. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday - we sent on Friday 13th-, but oh well, as long as they delivered it that is all matters, lol. Also waiting for check cashed shows up on my husband's bank account.

Im really getting frustrated already.

Ive just read one who sent their AOS last June 11 and received a text on the 16th.

The thing is my husband sent my package via first class usps with no tracking.

I called postal office & they said theres no way to track it.

Its been 11 business days since we sent the package and we didnt even know if its received.

Is 11 business days still normal???

Im really losing hope and already thinking resending papers again :'(

Should i just wait? :'(

Check still not cashed

No emails or text :'(

Don't worry too much. We sent ours also via USPS but did have a tracking number. We sent it in and it was received on May 21. However, it took until June 9 for us to receive our text that the package was received and all was finally well...whew! I would think you'd be hearing something really soon now. About a week after the text/email we received the hardcopy NOA1. Still waiting on biometrics though.

As far as sending it all in again, unfortunately USCIS can take up to 30 days to upload a case (although more often than not it is done in less than 30-days). To avoid any confusion, I wouldn't send anything out again until that 30 day period has passed at least and you've confirmed with them they have not received it. Just my thoughts on the matter.

Sent package on June 3rd and heard nothing until now. So so worried :'(

Just waited until a few days. I asked my husband to use first class mail with feature certified mail so we can tracked it and someone signed the package. If the check is not cashed yet it probably your package still waiting to be opened. Just keep us posted.
