Finally my card EAD/AP production has been ordered.

I did not get any e-mails/texts from USCIS, I just checked status online. It has got updated in the last one hour.

Card/ Document Production

On August 8, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Just chiming in, but we're still waiting for the notification of acceptance, NOA1 etc. Very glad that we chose to send it via certified mail, so at least I know it got there!

Hey guys :D

I have been without internet for the last week because I moved to a new apartment :D My hubby and I got a nice deal and the first month rent free :D

It was a horrible week. Luckily we managed to finish our moving during his hometime. He is back to truck driving now :/ So I will see him in a few weeks. By the way:

I checked my case status today and : I GOT MY INTERVIEW SCHEDULED :DDD

Curious when did you file your AOS?^

It seems like she filed on June 10. The thing is you can't compare her AoS with yours or mine because each local office has different frame time to processing I-485. Other thing too that which kind visa you are adjusting. So sometimes frame time of these type of visas contribute to how fast they are processing I-485. That's all my observation so far being a member on this forum. Again, it was just my observation based on people's posts.

I'm adjusting from F-1 and judging by her timeline it appears we filed AOS same day and even got NOA 1 same day lol. Interesting!!! Prolly will use her as a case study to determine what category of AOS applicants gets processed faster than the other. Right now my AOS is being handled at the Nebraska Service Center, to the best of my knowledge it hasn't been transferred to my local CIS office yet. I'm suspecting starting this week down to the 15th, I'll get updates regarding an interview notice. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Yes, some people got their green cards even their EADs haven't arrived yet. But probably based on the timeline they will adjudicated your EAD before your interview is scheduled. Congrats! Edited by Girl from Celebes

I sent my AOS and EAP package on 28th May with email confirmations on 4th June. I checked my applications this morning. Still nothing showing online for the I-485 AOS application.

However, the employment authorization has come through. My EAD card got mailed out today (Aug 11th), three months to the day after our wedding.

i haven't been checking VJ all that much lately, been so busy with work. i am working 2 jobs now, one FT and one PT, and can barely remember the days when i was bored at home and restless all day lol! hope everyone has been keeping well and that things continue to progress for all of you!
