IV Fee Invoiced between May 8 and now?

I have looked at too many timelines on VJ but couldn't find someone got IV Fee Invoiced since May 8 until now. Anyone has Invoiced between the time above please confirm so we know the NVC "Invoicing Center" still "alive" or "dead".

USCIS------------------

May 16, 2013: NOA1

Dec 12, 2013: Transfer notice (Nebraska SC)

Dec 16, 2013: NSC Received(Last Update Date)

Mar 3, 2014:(call to talk to Tier 2)service request created

Mar 12, 2014 : Received email from NSC, case pending under background check clearance

Mar 27, 2014 : Name updated relating to I-130(I never change my name)

Mar 28, 2014 : NOA2(Text/email)

Mar 31, 2014 : NOA2 Hard copy received

April 1, 2014 : Case shipped to NVC

NVC------------------

April 11, 2014 : Case received

May 3, 2014 : Got Case number/IIN

May 8, 2014 : DS-261 Completed

May 9, 2014 : AOS Invoiced and paid

May 12, 2014 : AOS status "PAID"

May 13, 2014 : AOS Package sent via UPS

May 16, 2014 : AOS Package received by NVC

May 20, 2014 : AOS Package scanned into the system

June 6, 2014 : IV Fee Invoiced and pay

June 9, 2014 : IV Package sent via UPS

June 10, 2014 : DS-260 Completed and Submitted

June 12, 2014 : IV Package received by NVC

June 16, 2014 : IV Package scanned into the system

June 19, 2014 : AOS Approved

July 29, 2014 : Case Complete

September 30, 2014 : Interview at 8AM

I know many people in the same boat. It's like they got clogged and just came to a halt. :/

I hope the IV comes soon for you!

5/21/2016: Mailed I-751 packet to CSC

5/23/2016: NOA1

7/29/2016: Biometrics Appointment

11/22/2016: I-751 Approved!

my Ds-261 was submitted on May 8 and I have been waiting anxiously since then too. it seems like all of a sudden the process just came to a halt. I'm frustrated.

I-130 submitted :11/12/13

NOA-2: 3/18/14

NVC case number: 5/7/14

AOS fee bill: 5/8/14

AOS fee paid: 5/10/14

DS-261 submitted: 5/8/14

AOS received at NVC: 5/12/14

AOS scanned at NVC: 5/14/14

IV fee bill: 6/4/14

IV fee shows "paid": 6/6/14

DS-260 available 6/5/14 at 7pm

DS-260 submitted: 6/6/14, 1am

IV packet received at NVC: 6/6/14

IV packet scanned at NVC 6/9/14

Request for expedite 6/9/14

False checklist for IV packet = AOS complete 6/12/14

Expedite denied 6/23/14- no explanation given

Second expedite request sent: 7/11/14

Expedite request approved: 7/21/14
