give em some time - as you got in some auto-expedite queue - but

call in on Monday to USCIS - talk with an ISO [not the first person that answers the phone]

and inquire about the 2nd I-130.

Ill try calling USCIS on Monday and tlake to ISO. And ill give you guys an update. But still praying that the approval will be soon.

And i have a question is it possible that my daughters petition will left behind? Bec. If thats the case nobody will take care of my daughter.

No one can answer that - save for an ISO -

but

assume it did get left behind -

you can join up the casefiles at NVC - going slow on the first one till the 2nd one arrives at NVC.

I understand you are fretting and worrying - only an ISO can tell you what's going on - and if indeed the 2nd casefile was unjoined with the first. ONLY AN ISO.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Oh, by the way, when you send documents to the nvc, send them in separate envelope for your wife, and separate for your child, cuz they have a habit not to separate it if it comes in 1 envelope, and send checklists. Good luck!

Hmm . make sense . because when I sent our documents in USCIS I just put in 1 envelope / different folders with cover letter each .

I actually did the same thing. But crossing my fingers for approval soon?

yeah, your right . because I read some members here when it comes to Nvc its not like in Uscis . you need to be careful & separate to make it clear. because if not which one they will delay the approval . so hopefully no checklist for me, Were ready here any moment finger cross . lol!

No. If you follow my advice and DON'T do anything with the NVC process (you have read up on the NVC process right?) besides the DS-261 then your wife's and daughter's cases will not be separated too much and they will still interview together.

Hi guys i filed i 130 same time last May 2,2014 and i received a NOA 1 for my child and my spouse May 13, 2014. I received a email today saying that my wife petition has been approved. But I'm confuse why did they not approve my daughter's i130 same time as my wife since i mail it in one envelope and they have the same priority date. Is this normal? I'm just worried on my child's case. Please advise what should i do and help me.

Thank you

I am glad your I130 petition for wife has been approved so quickly.

But can you clarify something for me. Assuming you are a US citizen, why petition for your child and not do a Consulate Report of Birth Abroad. You could have applied for a US passport at the same time.

That is what I did for my two children.

Thank you, goodnight and may your gods go with you",

Thank you! I actually could not CRBA for my child since i just got my citizenship last month. The child was born when im still a greencard holder.

No it doesn't mean that you shouldn't call the USCIS. You should.

It means that if you do not progress your wife's file at the NVC, your child will not be left behind.
